A bit “ish”
Free Breakfast was advertised and none was available. It should not have been listed if it was unavailable. The tv in our room did not work. We had 2 young kids who wanted to unwind with some tv after a long drive. Someone came to look at the tv and said they would be back but never returned.

Dear DawnD, It was our pleasure to welcome you to our property when your travels recently brought you through this area. While we hope that you rested well and found our hotel to be a good overall value, I was sorry to learn that there were several problems that occurred during your stay here. Due to COVID-19, we are currently not able to serve our typical complimentary breakfast buffet. I apologize for the disappointment that this caused and assure you that we're looking forward to getting this amenity back to our guests as soon as it's safely and legally possible. Further, I am terribly sorry to learn that a member of our staff failed to follow up on a promise to return to your room to address the issue with your television. I apologize for the dissatisfaction that this caused for your family and will work with our team to address this at once so that we can be sure to better handle guest requests in the future.
