The only thing I wish that I have a place to walk with my dog. Very little sidewalk. Otherwise, it is very convenience place to get on I-95 and off.
This place was perfect for us. Get off from I-95 and back on. This is our 3rd time of staying there. It is not a fancy place but serve our needs. I do wish there is a sidewalk somewhere for a walk. The breakfast needed some more varies. In general, it is very satisfactory.

Cobb webs and dead bugs stuck to the walls. The smell of must and mold is undeniable, leaking ceiling with falling paint and drywall above the ice machine. Booked the King size bed option that came with four pillows… after placing your head on all four stacked pillows the two towels provided were thicker. Shocked this is a Best Western!
I never got to stay there, orbitz website needs to be updated. I selected this place at 3am, and its the same time zone as where I was at the time. It decided that I wanted the hotel right at that moment, i was still 8 hours away. It had me checking out before I could even arrive. I noticed it immediately after booking and contacted Orbitz, but the hotel staff member didn't have the authority to rebook for 8 hours later at normal check in time, still the same day, mind you. Nor was he able to issue a refund, and Orbitz has been fighting with them for 4 days!
Dirty. Had clearly not been vacuumed in a while. Bathroom dirty. Facility needs good cleaning top to bottom. Door on room was broken so it wouldn’t lock except with deadbolt. Which meant one of us always had to stay in room to ensure our belongings were safe and locked. Staff not super pleasant. Was cheaper so didn’t expect five stars, but expected clean.
Very quiet, comfortable, breakfast. Stair case rugs are very dirty and hallway rugs need vacuum.
The facilities were clean and the manager helpful. It is a good value for its level of cleanliness.

This place was beyond disgusting. Tons of dead bugs in every corner of the the room and bathroom. Even found a dead bug on the sink behind the faucet. The sheets were stained and had holes in them. The door open without the keycard. And the place smelled musty. I didn’t feel safe letting my family sleep in this dusty place so we didn’t stay the night…even at the risk of losing the money we spent for the night (I didn’t care at that point I just wanted to go). We had already driven 10 hours that day and were extremely tired, but not tired enough to stay there. We drove an additional hour just to get somewhere decent.
