Can't believe this is a Ramada. I've never said this before but do yourself a favor, don't stay there. If I hadn't prepaid I would have gone elsewhere.

The staff we encountered were all very nice and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable. Housekeeping most definitely could have done a better job. The large windows were covered in a child's handiwork with dirty hands. The shower curtain was either stained or dirty...looked dingy. The coffee maker was sitting on top of the safe, which was sitting on the floor. I think a better place for it would've been on the desk. The continental breakfast was terrible. There were biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were like hockey pucks, as were the bagels. The only other options were luke warm eggs, donuts from a market or waffles (made by you). I made a waffle, and it was good. Otherwise, we were satisfied. I am not a complainer, but if I owned this hotel, these are easy things to remedy, about which I would want to know. This was a spur of the moment trip for us, and the rates are great.

Hotel location is nice and convenient. The cleanliness of this place is just not desirable peeling and dirty tubs with used bar of soap evidence it hadnt been cleaned, unprofessionally painted walls, filty carpets, sofa in my room was very visisibly soiled with dirt and room was outdated. I was assigned two rooms because I complained about the first room both were filthy. Paid in full and it was non refundable so I stayed anyway. If they clean this place of a bit I wouldnt mind staying there again but, until then negative .

Our room had big holes in the ceiling over the shower. The bathroom tub didn't drain during showers. The breakfast was continental it had three types of doughnuts, dry cereal, oatmeal and eggs. The food area was unclean and the staff war white plastic gloves at the front desk and then went to handle good. To unsanitary to eat coffee and milk all over the counter.

It was a decent and fairly clean hotel. The outside and the rooms are a little old but with some maintenance and fresh painting will come back to live. The breakfast were good and in par with other more expensive hotels.

Antiquated hotel that was chosen simply for the price. Fold out sofa did not have linens. When the front desk was called, we were asked to come back to the lobby to pick up the sheets and pillows. Really? Many other little things that might bug people, such as light bulbs out in light fixtures, way to soft bed, but, it was just a road side stop while travelling...

You get what you pay for. There is nothing wrong with this hotel. There is also nothing extravagant.

This was a very dirty, poorly kept hotel room that was very cold, very poorly maintained. The front desk staff was very nice but this was a dump!

This is not a pleasant or safe Hotel! Extremely dirty and staff not concerned to help. Motel style with outside entrance , my room smelt disgusting, 1/2 of the lights & outlets didn't work in the room. Bed was very old and musty smelling. The room next door to me had there door open and were 2 very drunk men yelling and swearing most of the time, being a women by myself I do not feel safe there either. When I asked front desk if there was another room the was clean and away from the 2 men heavily drinking I was told "Thats how all the rooms and the men are locals who stay here often" I was refused a refund. for any nights. I checked out hours after checking in and lucky found another very clean and friendly Hotel. Cost me another $250 plus cost the loss of a refund. This was my first last time I don't book direct.

The hotel was disgusting. Run down, falling apart. Moldy, stinky and had roaches. The bathroom fixtures weren't attached to the wall. There were stains on the ceiling and walls. Appliances looked like they were from the 70s.Furniture was old , worn and nasty. We didn't unpack anything and slept (barely) with the lights on.Pillows and bedding were old and stained. The staff was extremely friendly and did the best they could with what they have to work with. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

The hotel was very clean! The staff was very friendly! The hotel overall was kind of sketchy. But the rooms were clean and nice.

The Ramada In was in very poor condition. There were holes in curtains and bedspread. There was no carpet under the Ac because it leaked water into the room making the carpeting wet. The bathroom tiles were removed and were torn. It was very poor quality for a Ramada Inn. The staff were very friendly though. I was embarrassed to have taken my family to this Hotel.

the few times i need to talk to some of the staff they could not understand what i was asking when i was asking for towels or toilet paper ect.

Everything is really really old and needs to be replaced in the room. Carpet, ceiling in the bathroom, top blanket. I thought because we booked at a chain it would be decent, but this one feels like you are staying at a seedy motel.

This hotel was much cheaper than other hotels in the area. However, something being less expensive doesn't mean the quality of the service should suffer. When we arrived to check in no rooms were ready. So we came back 2 hours later and checked in. The room we were assigned was filthy from the previous occupant. We went back to the front desk and were issued another room. Except now they had misplaced my payment information. So I needed to go back and grab my credit card and head to the front desk. Upon arrival the front desk agent told me she found the info and explained that they are typically rather unorganized and apologized for the mix up. Later that evening as we were getting ready to go out. The iron in the room was broken. So we called the front desk. After trying to call for 20 minutes we went to the lobby where it took about a half and hour before we got a replacement iron. If I had realized the stay was going to be in a place this poorly managed and maintained I would have spent the extra 50 bucks on one of the other hotels in the area.

The room was fine, nice and clean. Two of the four light bulbs were out. Wifi was quick, nothing fancy but good for the rate. Very easy to downtown.

We were in a group with 4 rooms. All where in the same shape. Curtains were torn as was the dust ruffle. Room smelled horrible but airing 30 minutes it out did help. Bedspread had holes in it and was slimy. Carpet was too nasty to walk on barefoot. Sheets seemed clean. Towels smelled of bleach but where covered in some unidentifiable grey flakes. Probably from the stink bugs we shook out of one. Bathroom was moldy on the walls and floor was filthy. Shower head fell off for one if our party. The included breakfast bar consisted of some mini muffins, bagels, OJ and 4 empty coffee pots. After waiting 30 minutes with no sign if coffee we went to Starbucks. I normally only review if I love a place. This was by far the worst. Simply cleaning the rooms would have been a huge improvement. Drive a little farther and stay somewhere else.

The Gym was a single, stationery, Bike. After, this discovery. I was informed by the Night, Clerk that the Manager will be on duty in the morning. In the morning, I informed the Manager that I would like to Work Out at a Real Gym. Which, was located close. But, the manager did not over any discount at the Real Gym. I asked if he could help in this added expense, for I would have split the difference with him. The Hotel has scene its better days, and currently it was poorly maintained. Once again a refer to my Review Title "Go to a Different HOTEL".

Pillows did not have covers, pillows had yellow stains and blood stains on them. Individuals slept in their clothes and on top of the blankets.

Just plain and simple....this place was ghetto. dirty dirty dirty.... ' it was cheap, and you get what you pay for. as a place to crash for a few hours before continuing a long trip, well it served its purpose, but no way I stay here again.
