Check in was .....like being on candid camera. 35 min to checkin to a prepaid room at 1am. We gave up and went to another hotel. Staff NEEDS training.

Very reasonable stay. Very good for an overnight but not sure it would be conducive for a longer stay..kind of small.

Clean room, kitchen is a nice addition. Door on kitchen cabinet needs fixing. Need more channels to choose from for TV. Some channels weren't what they were suppose to be.

Dirty room, shakes when people walk by. Housekeeping never resolved issue from day one where I had dirty sheets & a dirty towel. I was emailed about the issue where I explained the issues- then never recieved a follow up response

This hotel has been going down hill fast. The facility is beginning to fall apart and they are not fixing it. It needs to be remodeled in the rooms or at least they need to fix stuff instead of letting it go.

We were coming from SC. A family member that lives in the Roanoke area was hospitalized. We were traevelling with a pet. The hotel was comfortable, and was close to restaraunts too. Good for a family traveling with a pet. The night time staff was not as friendly as the morning staff.

The place smelled like mildew. The bathroom door doesn't close because it's warped really bad. I stayed 3 nights and not once did anyone come to clean or provide new towels, soap etc.

Room was not very clean. Carpet was stained. Room smelled smoky even though it was a non smoking room. Road noise from highway was extremely loud. Concrete halls and stairways leading to rooms were stained and appeared dirty.

We got there too check in and they have us the key to our non smoking room and we went to our room and it smelled do bad of cigarettes and dirty feet. Sheila, from the front desk, put us in a 2nd room that smelled even worse. The 2nd room smelled like must or mildew so she told us she didn't have any other rooms available and we would have to call booking agent to have us put in another motel which was disappointing to us as we were very tired from riding our motorcycle for 15 hours that day. At the last minute she found us another room that an employee who was at the motel only visiting offered to clean for us off of the clock. Very dedicated and helpful employees but a stinky place. The third room was acceptable and we did get a good night's sleep.

It was okay, however, I do not recommend staying their if you can afford better. I was obviously a mistake on my part. It is surrounded by great hotels but it does not live up to its location.

I know this is an extended stay but I personally would not want to stay here much longer than my two nights. Even though I booked A nonsmoking room, my room was a smoking one - I had to ask the staff to switch this (which they gladly did). When I entered my next room, it seemed as though it had been cleaned...2 months ago. There was gunk inside the toilet and even though it didn't feel dirty, it didn't feel clean, either. The grab and go breakfast consists of packaged granola bars, muffins, small selection of fruit, and oatmeal which you can prepare in your room. For those with early flights, note that the office is open from 7 to 11, so you will have to arrange for checkout ahead of time. All in all it was an OK experience that could have gone more smoothly.

Good Stay - If you use a 3rd party in booking your stay make sure to send copy in so they are aware of person checking in - with Confirmation # being received properly - Other than that it was a good stay- staff was helpful.

Check in was easy, didnt have a hard time finding the place, the room was clean, and the staff was polite. Ive stayed here before and the rooms have changed since ive last been there. Will be returning if ever needed a getaway

The check-in process was brief. The room was large with a full kitchen, writing desk, queen size bed and side overstuffed chair. There was a rip in the comforter, which was promptly replaced when I reported it to the front desk. The location was quite convenient to the highway and our ultimate destination. I intend to continue to stay here during our next trips to Roanoke
