Nice place to stay

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Marriott property. We had to change rooms 3 times due to the fact that they put us in a king size room for 4 adult women, the. I’m a double room with dead bugs on the floor and a clogged shower, and then we were moved to two king size rooms. Fortunately I checked my credit card online and found out we’d been charged for both rooms without my knowledge. They did take the second room off, but we never received any clean towels or cloths even though we called repeatedly. The whole situation was so ridiculous that we just had to laugh in disbelief.

I did not have very good cell service and the WIFI was not free

The staff was very friendly.

Excellent customer service, great location, provides shuttler service,

Staff was always willing and did what it took to make our stay as perfect as possible. Exceptional property

Needed a break from NYC, so decided to go to Dallas for a long weekend and attend the Def Leppard/Tesla concert which was great. The hotel is conveniently located near the SouthLake and Grapevine areas which offer a diverse selection of good restaurants without the Dallas prices. Rooms are quite comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

It's quiet and the staffs are nice and very professional. But no service in the rooms.

I went there with my family for the spring break. Stayed in a double-bed room. Very friendly staff, every one is smiling. Quiet room you can have a good sleep. The TV can be bigger and moved to the middle of the room so both beds can see it easily. Carpets in the elevator is impressive. A little pricy.

Good place to get away from everyone else! Very centrally located to everywhere we needed to go!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. One think I would have liked is a microwave in my room but other than that it was great.
