good location
We didn't like that right when you walk into the main lobby that you could smell a strong sent of marijuana. Another thing is that one of the comforters on the beds was torn and it had holes in it. Other than that the stay was pretty good.
Location was the biggest item
What I loved the most was the PEACE & QUIET!! I’ve been to many hotels but I’ve never experienced such peace & calm like I did while here. That’s exactly what I was looking for and it made my stay oh so splendid!! It could be the location, or maybe the soundproof walls, but whatever it is, it totally worked for me. If I ever need another peaceful moment, I know exactly where to go. Thanks Comfort Suites Roanoke!
Quiet and clean hotel. Even during a 4th of July fireworks show across the street I was able to park my moving truck. They made sure guests had parking and observers of the fireworks couldn’t fill up the lot. Couldn’t hear much of the fireworks inside either. Breakfast was simple but more than enough
We came in for the American Flat Track races and this was a nice hotel without spending a fortune. Friendly staff, clean, good breakfast and COMFY BEDS!
Over all the Comfort Suits is a nice place to stay. The rates are fair. I would stay there again
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room were clean.
Good location for us. Price was good. No soap in room the first night. Opened fridge the second day and found it full of mold. Went to get Kleenex and found just an empty box.
staff did not have a tv channel listing or know where it was and was disappointed with the lack of movie channels
