Was here for the last 3 weeks of Dec-17. The stay here is in itself a struggle, right from the room service which takes 2 days after repeated calls for the person to arrive to a simple request for eating plates. The room was dirty, the floor "sticks" when you walk with your slippers on it and the furniture is vintage and torn with stitches coming loose. There's construction happening just beside, which fills your room with dust by evening everyday. Allergists, beware, it could cause a lot of trouble. Last but not the least, the noise coming from the party hall on the ground floor especially over weekend will just not let you sleep. Add to it the noise coming from the construction site! Aside of all the complaints, I must complement the food served. Was to my taste, continental and Arabic.

We hired some rooms to hold an event at this hotel. I was put in the suite. It was very large and had two bedrooms and a kitchenette. It also had a jacuzzi. After turning on the pumps I was covered in black dirt. Nice! The water also smells when you get in the shower. I told the manager who to be fair offered my group a free meal. However, the food was very poor and overall this hotel is quite dirty. Will not be coming back.

The Hotel showed many signs of lack of maintenance and upkeep but it was a pleasant stay except for the BED. I have slept in the rough, on the beach and in military cots and none of them came close to the bed that I experienced. I experienced back ache on the first morning, which grew progressively worse. My worse experience in beds. The room was clean and tidy, the amenities were fine and the service was great.

Was staying there few nights last month for training workshop, very close to my client at the Garnatha Business park, enjoyed the stay, good food, clean, a little old but the staff made me very comfortable.

I have been in this hotel for couple of occassion on businesses visit to Riyadh. Very close to business gate and Granada business park. Close to the airport. Staffs are friendly especially Joseph and Nawaf

I checked into the Mecure last night. No toilet rolls and only 2 coat hangars. However, as it was late I went straight to bed thinking the cleaner would replenish stocks today. Just got back to my room: no toilet rolls, a dirty quilt cover and a disgustingly dirty towel outside the bathroom. The room look like it has been barely cleaned. Phoned to Reception about the missing toilet rolls 20 minutes ago, still no response... What kind of hotel in the 21st Century doesn't provide toilet rolls in its rooms and leaves dirty towels on the floors? I still have 2 night to stay here as well. Not good at all.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Convenient location for work and a few minutes walk from the Granada Mall. Lobby area superb- big and spacious. Lovely check in welcome from a young Saudi gentleman. Was upgraded to a junior suite but would have found staying more than a couple of days a little difficult. Bedroom on the dark side, bathroom cramped and tired and kettle in room didn't work. Lovely big fridge however!

Lovely hotel. Good food. Clean and spacious rooms. Walking distance to Granada mall. Friendly staff. A bit pricey but it's worth it. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and we will recommend it to our friends also. We will surely come back. Thank you.

If you are in the Garnata mall vicinity, and it is too crowded to go into. You are searching for a place to have a quick coffee, a clean place to chill. I recommend Mercure Hotel. The coffee shop is quiet decent, and a very reasonable prices. Coffee is not great, but the place is spacious, and relaxing, and you can have a good talk.

I visited the restaurant in Mercure. I was surprised not to see anyone, but us in the restaurant. The spread wasn't so large, but whatever the varieties were really delicious. I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet restaurant that offers you very tasty food.
