Pool was full of animals droppings big animals and really cold, the sofa cama was IMPOSSIBLETO SLEEP INN , no towells for the pool , the hotel needs a lot of TLC , not close to the 5 th , ave
It was close to the center city and the beach. It was great to be be able to wash and dry clothes after a long day at the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the free breakfast was great. The staff was super friendly. Staff also reminded folks to wear their masks if not seated at the table. Great place overall.
Great staff, clean rooms, fair price and within walking distance or a short taxi ride from beach.
a little bit far off the path... but, it is walking distance to the maritime ferry and 5th avenue in Playa del carmen. Breakfast was not so good the first morning... but, a little better the second day...
Been here several times regularly and it is odd I continue to return. Hoping it would change but just is a little worse each time I return. it used to be Holiday Inn Express so I have been here 50 times for sure in 10 years. The doors and latches from the parking lot to the inside do not work and have not for months and months. Even though you get a room with 2 queens - any where else that is always 2 people for sure for that price - sometimes all 4 - but here you will charged per person 2,3 & 4.

We had a good breakfast. Service was good. the pool was clean.
I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and exactly what i needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was central to all local activities.
The room was mildly clean upon arrival. Daily the beds were changed and towels replenished. However there was no cleaning done. The last day of my stay I placed the do not disturb sign on the door when I returned the beds had been made up.
The hotel was surprisingly clean and the staff was very courteous.

Everything was great, we did have to pay for breakfast. It would be better if the shuttle would bring you back to the hotel too.
The room was nice but the staff wasn't very helpful and had a big language barrier.
1.Improve the variety of the breakfast dishes at times 2. Improve the staff service 3. Give more tourist information to costumers 4.include more entertainment and activities for people staying at the hotel even for special dates like new years eve.
El hotel esta alejado del bullicio pero no esta muy lejos, es comodo y de buen precio, el desayuno es variado y bueno. El staff es amable.
El hotel esta bien buena actitud del personal. Las habitaciones estan amplias y con la remodelacion va a quedar mucho mejor
