We loved everything. If I could change one thing it would be the door to the toilet. No privacy.

My girlfriend and I needed a quick, relaxing getaway to warm, sunny Mexico and we wanted to stay at an all-inclusive resort for adults only. We found the ideal resort--Secrets SilverSands Riviera Cancun. It's a gorgeous, medium sized modern facility with extremely spacious rooms, delicious food, and the most warm and friendly staff.

Beautiful resort loved the staff, food, and room. Entertainment staff very fun and engaging. Will definitely stay at silver sands again next year

Second time to this resort. Great beach walks. Good food. Our only complaint is they are not accommodating to groups of 8 or more.

We have been at Cabos for 4 times. This is our first time travel to Cancun. The hotel we stay is very clean and very continent. Plan to go again.

I researched a lot of the reviews before choosing this resort. I would say they are very accurate: friendly staff (Filipe and Mayra definitely stood out among the rest). The beach is rocky in spots but plenty that is soft. On days that there is rough sea a lot of seaweed washed up but they do a great job of keeping the beach clean. I especially liked the endless options for pools, if you wanted a quiet spot to read or if you wanted to be entertained there was plenty of options for both! Something we didn't discover till the end of our trip is that there is a sushi bar inside the Asian restaurant!

The property is welcoming and the staff and dining is top notch. The rooms are in need of TLC. Our first room was older and when we let the staff know they quickly moved us to a better location.

Excellent pools, beautiful property, amazing spa, and the beach was extremely peaceful

Good food, preferred was a waste of money. Room was not what I thought. They try to get u to visit properties to buy time shares but don't tell u .

My friend and I went for 6 days and were pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price. We had a lower level garden view room so basically the cheapest they have and it was still nice, clean, modern, and close to everything at the resort. There were tons of pools that all had different vibes. If you like to party the main pool is the place to be, however if you want to read a book and relax there are plenty of quiet peaceful spots as well. We never left the resort and wished we had a few more days when it was time to go. We would go back or visit this or another Secrets resort!

We were greeted with sparkling wine upon arrival. After check-in we met with a representative that gave us a brief overview of the property and amenities. We did not have high expectations of the food; being at Mexican All-inclusives before. The food was outstanding, the service was exceptional. The staff loves their jobs and it shows with the way they attend to each guests requests. Beware: local vendors allowed to sell trinkets and knick-knacks on the property. The same items the resort sells in their gift shops are sold by Street Vendorsn on the property. However, the pushiness, sketchiness and price gowging of these vendors are the issue. A shark-tooth necklace in giftshop $6, same necklace from vendors $24. Stay Away! Visit Elvia and Guadelupe in the coffee shop, they are a true delight. Much like everyone else they strive to completely serve and satisfy the needs of the guests. Rooms were modern and swanky. Felt like a Malibu beach house. Ceramic tile throughout, bathroom was huge, double walk-in shower with bench. The small extra door for ROM service orders was an awesome feature used everyday. Beach was remarkable, but rocky. Riverea Maya is all coral so water shoes are a must to save your feet in the ocean. Cannot wait to go back and was so sad to head back home to a cold and rainy Michigan March.

Enjoyed the location, staff and fellow patrons. Was separated from the spring breakers, a good thing. Room could use some TLC. Good was great. Would recommend.

The entire staff was awesome! Isais, bartender at the swim-up pool bar, was our favorite. The entertainment crew (Miguel, Juan, Xavi) made every day fun, even just lounging by the pool. Activities during the day, shows at night, live bands, etc...something for everyone. Definitely didn't expect the food to be good at an all-inclusive but it was actually fantastic. Everything was incredibly clean, from the restaurants to the pools to the lobby and of course the hotel rooms. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Had a great family trip, the staff went out of their way to welcome us and make our stay very enjoyable. They had daily entertainment from participation games, to group exercise to great music productions. The food, wine and liquor were top shelf and wait staff make the dining experience memorable. The rooms were comfortable, clean and romantic. Look forward to another opportunity to visit a Secrets resort.

Wonderful experience. Was both very relaxing and eventful at the same time. You could easily relax by the pool - or play a pick up game of volleyball. Excellent staff/waiters were abundant and always ensuring you had everything you needed (drinks, towels, food, etc...) Super fun and entertaining events team (Juan, Esteffi, Gibran, Ana Banana) were a joy to be around. Very energetic and playful/joking to make all the guest feel comfortable and appreciated. The comradely between them showed how much they enjoyed their jobs. Multiple themed restaurants (French, Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean, Seafood, Hibachi), multiple pools and multiple bars made for a wonderful selection. Head to the main pool for fun activities or relax at one of the other 7 separate pools for peace and quiet. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice walk-in shower and Jacuzzi-style tub. Double sinks for him/her. Only complaint is the lack of a fan in the bathroom. We were always greeted with a Hola or Buenos Dias by ALL staff members (maintenance, waiters, groundskeepers, receptionists, management, etc...) Will definitely return to Secrets Silversands Riviera Cancun in the near future. Price paid for our stay with airfare was outstanding - an the top-notch service we experienced was more than we hoped for. Stayed October 2015, traveled as a couple

4th Secrets resort did not disappoint. Loved all the outside bars/sitting areas and great lobby bar! Not a great beach but knew that going into this trip.

We met here with two other couples for our yearly getaway and we could not have picked a better resort. Everything was amazing from the food, to the drinks, to the service. We would definitely recommend it and we can't wait to go back!

AWESOME HOTEL WITH AMAZING SERVICE. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND POOL DRINKS WERE AWESOME.

everything was perfect, all the staff works very hard to make your stay an experience to remember.

Everything was perfect with our stay. We never had to leave the hotel with all the amenities available to us. I recommend the private dinner on the Gazeebo!
