The staff was super friendly, everything was clean, there is a private jacuzzi on the roof, and the pool is beautiful. I absolutely loved the restaurant. Everything was cooked well and the staff again was over the top pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and it varied from day to day, though they always served fresh hot cocoa, coffee with cinnamon, and fresh squeezed orange juice. I can't wait to come back!

Our return here was as expected. We were made to feel very welcome indeed. Safe downtown hotel, good rates and very comfortable, a short walk into the heart of the Puebla. Parking is included. We will be back, for sure.
