Extremely private. Situated on 2 acres, adjacent to a massive nature preserve, 5 min from Gabreski private Airport and Westhampton train station, shopping and all the fine restaurants and NoFo wineries. Enjoy Hot tub, outdoor dining, fire pit, sauna, Weber grill & 20x40 swimming pool. 75 miles from NYC
- Upstairs- main bedroom, private bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub, separate library overlooking the living room with a private balcony with table and chairs. Laptop friendly workspace.
- 1st floor- large living room with skylights, working fireplace, upright piano, TV, new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave and subzero fridge, coffee maker, toaster; dining room just off the kitchen and two queen size bedrooms. Entrance from the living and dining room to a wraparound terrace.
- Downstairs- lounge with a bar are, pool table, poker table. Laundry room. Access to a garage with a ping pong table.

Best summer house experience

I rented this house with some friends to celebrate my birthday in nature, and experience a slice of what I had as a kid doing summed out east. There are three spacious bedrooms with with room to host more guests throughout the house. Loved the white leather couch with the fur, huge bathrobe upstairs and guitar corner. We stayed in the pool the entire time and even roasted marshmallows by the fire pit. Didn’t even realize there was a sauna! The hot tub was excellent too. Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely week in Flanders

This is a lovely house on a beautiful plot of land. The backyard is almost endless. We were greeted by a small family of deer when we checked in and a wild turkey turned up the next day. Neither was a problem for us. The pool is almost brand new and, while it still needs a little finishing around it, is the biggest and cleanest pool we've experienced in the 7 years we have been vacationing in the area. There are four new lounges at the pool for which you might want to bring pads. The appliances in the kitchen are better than fine. There's a fire pit and Weber BBQ which both work fine. You might check with Amanda for the location of the spare tanks. Amanda, the owner, put together a loose leaf which provided us with info re the house and area. It seems that almost everything in the area is within 15 minutes of the house. Amanda is the most available and responsive owner with whom we've dealt so far. The pool gets direct sunlight about 8 hours/day but there is ample shade if it gets to be too much. The hot tub is spacious and works fine. The property is as quiet as you want it and is far enough from the neighbors to enjoy music in the backyard. We would gladly come back for another stay.
