Booked a room with king bed; was given a small room with two queens, and it REALLY smelled like smoke! Staff person, who was friendly, gave us another room, but said they had no king bed rooms left. Second room was acceptable. Will not stay here again; went "on the cheap," as we were just passing through for a night, but will pay for a better hotel, next time.

Was surprised on how quiet the location is. Didn't hear the highway traffic, like other hotels typically have. It made a much quieter night and able to sleep more restfully. Very convenient location as it is a couple of minutes away from the mall, plenty of retail shopping, gas stations, and the I70/ I75 highway close by. There are two fast food restaurants next to the hotel. The building is a bit on the older side and the phased renovation and repairs are being made to keep the property in good condition.

While the hotel seemed to try to make some cosmetic updates, sadly they were not well done inside the rooms. The shower head and toilet paper holder were very loose and shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. The carpet in the hallway and the rooms was disgusting and not vacuumed. The room and bathroom had not been cleaned or vacuumed either. There was not enough staffing, per our conversation with the front desk hostess, to clean establishment as well as keep breakfast area stocked and cleaned. We were told we had to bring our dirty towels to front desk if we wished to have clean ones. The only positive was the front desk hostess was nice and friendly.
I booked through Orbitz and checked "pet friendly" hotels in my search. There was no mention of a $25 fee. I have no problem paying it, but I wish I was notified in advance. The hotel was an excellent value and my only complaint is the lack of breakfast, which was advertised as included. Other than that, the room was clean, the bed was firm and the shower was hot. They even had a fan in the bathroom, which I appreciate.

For the price, it was a great place to crash. Quiet. The bed was comfortable. Great nite sleep! Employees were nice.
Allowed truck parking and vehicle stayed safe. Room was clean Halls were narrow. Looked like bathroom had been repainted over mold.

They allowed me to check-in and enter the room at 8am after a red-eye flight. That's 7 hours before official check-in time! Great service!
