When We check in, we received the room 510, but the whole 5 floor had a smell of humidity and the room had an awful smell, I called the front desk and Wendy was very Kind to find me a new smell free room on the 8 floor, the breakfast was amazing and the staff very nice.

The holiday inn express in Barranquilla is excellent, the staff was very attentive and professional. The rooms were spotless and the bedding was better than a 5star hotel. The terrace breakfast area was awesome and very satisfying. All and all it’s the place to go if your want excellent accommodations and excellent price point.
The hotel is nice, very new, very comfortable, has a nice rooftop pool with a beautiful view, but it is far from everything, you must always take a taxi since walking is not really an option.
Overall good hotel, but no hot water for 3 days. Water was barely 'lukewarm.' Rooms are contemporary and clean. The bed was 'plush,' but firm...very comfortable. I don't like the bathroom faucet to the left of the bowl....better in the back and centered. Would be better to have additional products, i.e., mouthwash, available in-room, rather than having to ask for it. No restaurant on-site, but Breakfast bar was ok-pretty good, depending on your wants. I can't recommend staying at this location IF you want hot water.... James USA
More clean under the beds, the area pool need permanent maintenance
Nice and new. Another tower still under construction. Staff very helpful. AC fuse went at night and they promptly moved us - no hassle. Really well located. Be prepared to taxi to or order in meals if at the hotel. While a shopping center is within walking distance it's regularly 34C in Barranquilla and very humid.
