This resort is located outside of Panama City, which is much prettier. Watch out for the influx of locals on the weekends! I would recommend staying on a week night. The all inclusive buffets were ok. Remember to pack on the mosquito repellent, I forgot the first night, not good.
This has been the worse experience ever ever ever. My family and I have been to numerous all inclusive resorts with magnificent and superb customer services, cleanliness and hospitality but this place lacks everything you are looking for in a “wonderful”exclusive” “ family vacation”. Lets start off with mold on the walls, insects all over the hotel lobby, mildew on the shower heads, rusted kitchenware, sticky floors, absolutely no maintenance or upkeeping. Not to mention, the staff was rude and unhelpful, even got a few blank stares and eye rolls when asked for a glass of water at the dinner table. Our room had no hot water, no “wi-fi” access as promised and paid for, their excuse? Our room was located too far a distance from the router/modem. Zero room service or housekeeping, we were required to reuse the same towels day after day and night after night, when a new towel was requested they questioned what we did with the ones provided at check/in. Also, the pool that is opened till 8pm only provides towels to dry with until 6pm, we had to walk our small children wet and cold through the long course from the pool area to the room through the lobby hallways and elevators in wet swimsuits and dripping their trail behind. In addition, we were practically harassed daily by property vendors selling residential homes in this disgrace of a location, the price? 490k. A miserable and detrimental investment only a lunatic would consider. Esteban only employee with hospitality and heart
Although the staff is very kind and the facilities are nice. They also need some renovations specially in the bathroom. Also good was terrible
Buen servicio, desde el check in hasta la salida, todo muy bien
I have been to this hotel many times in the past 10 years and they maintenance is seriously lacking, it is deteriorating rapidly. Only areas they seem to do maintenance in are the gardens which are still very nice. The paint in the rooms, the tiny kitchen, al deteriorated. (Towncenter suites) the tvs are old and signal is terrible, only two pillows (not king size like the bed) and the towels are like brown napkins.
Absolute disappointment. False internet advertising of access to largest pool in the world. Other pools are disgusting, garbage and large amounts of debris in water. Will not go back.
The check in process was very slow. Room was comfortable and clean. Food was good and plentiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints.
Rooms are old, somewhat outdated and not very clean.
The Resort was the most awful place we ever stay. The AC was broken. We had to beg for towels. My Door was not working. The staff was rude. If it an international Resort i will expect some of the staff to speak English. Most of he activity the advertise was not working or no one was there to work it. Orbit need to refund me some of my money. It was stressful
I felt like
My family and I stayed 3 nights - My wife, and my 9-month old daughter. From the moment we arrived and began the check-in process, we realized we’d made a mistake. Staff was unfriendly - check-in was extremely unorganized - If one would like an early check-in (Before 3PM), the cost is $20/hr. Aside from the early issues, we chose to remain optimistic. We were told that while we wait till 3PM (we arrived at 11AM), we may go to the resturaunt and eat, which initially we thought was very generous. Upon entering the restaurant, it started to become apparent that not only was the check-in process faulty, but the entire hotel was managed and maintained poorly. Drinks spilled on the floor - cold buffet-style food - warm drinking water - and a waiting line like you wouldn’t believe. Well, that was disappointing.. but perhaps our room will be better, we thought.. Wrong. The room was poorly maintained - the A/C smelled funky - the keycard didn’t work the first, second, or believe it or not, third time, which was frustrating because it meant we had to walk all the way back to the front desk, and wait patiently until staff were attentative, which was rare. That evening, my family and I just about decided to leave.. it was until almost 1:30AM in the morning that a small group of, what I assume to be locals & staff drunkingly singing karaoke over a loud speaker. It was a terrible experience and even more so for my 9-month old daughter. Don’t stay here. Ever
Was not to happy. Staff only spoke Spanish. It was very difficult. Entertainment was also in Spanish. Wasn't pleased. My parents are from panama. I wanted to show my husband the beauty of the country. They charged a lot of money for transportation. Plus the rip you off. Over charge. So sad.
Much better than expected, the grounds were well maintained and the Animación crew were very friendly and accommodating; gave my daughter free gifts and remembered her face every time she saw them, beach is great clear water with some black sand which was beautiful and unique
The hotel was excellent ant the staff very nice. We enyoy a lot this getaway. I´ve never seen four bottles of liquor in a hotel room.. That was very nice.
i have being at the resort several times i wish they had prever customers room it was problem for the staff to find my reservation but it was relaxing after
Hotel was fine, the ocean view of the room was perfect.
