The one thing i will say is that this hotel needs to pay more attention to the guests they have instead of trying to pack more people in to fill rooms, go away for 8 hours and your room is still not cleaned. We were told they have till 6 p.m. to clean the rooms. WHY BOTHER. At one point the key would not operate the elevator. We were told not to keep the key near your wallet or any phone or electronics. I guess they want you to be naked to carry their room card. Very noisy and conjested in the lobby at all times. Conditioner in the shower smelled like human urine. Was told that is the brand. Maybe change your brand. Breakfast was excellent.

The Hotel is very nice in general, they have so many amenities, spa, pool at the rooftop, restaurants arounds, massage, etc.. The only problem is the breakfast, we were at the Hilton for 8 days, all days the food for breakfast was the same, very simply, no taste, and always the same flavor, but for tge rest the Hotel is good.

We felt very welcome, as Gold members, the service was excellent. The hotel was super crowded, so it made it difficult a few times to catch the elevator from the 14th floor. Breakfast time was incredibly busy in the dining room. The staff worked very hard and was fantastic throughout. Great customer service from everybody, but especially from Jonatha , Who was the bartender on the 39th floor, and just got promoted to guest services.

Dirty rooms, no towels, missed housekeeping services on one of our days after requesting it and dirty yellow water in shower.

Staff is excellent, professional and friendly, from the door to the rooftop bar. It was a great stay. What I did not like: strangely there’s no ice cream at the hotel ! I hope that will change in the coming Year!

Location is top. However not a 5 star by long. Orbitz should downgrade it to 4 Stars, which reflects reality more closely

I didn’t like that they override the thermostat and turned the ac down at night.

The beach club aspect was very poor. The umbrella location is next to a generator and a cheap food stall, nowhere near the water. Nauseating is an understatement. The room although clean was very dated. Service was professional but the hotel needs an update badly. The pools are small, dated and provide no shade whatsoever. Overall a poor impression for Hilton.

Great location a few steps to the beach. The staff allowed us to do early check in and late check out! Beautiful view from 39th floor. Definitely enjoying staying at this Hilton for my 31st birthday day

Para nuestro gusto, el servicio de sombrillas y sillas esta ubicado muy lejos del mar. Liego no se siente el verdadero ambiente de playa y la brisa no llega, por ll tanto este lugar es mucho mas caliente. Gracias
