Our first room the windows were not able to be closed all the way and wind was coming through...had to change rooms. Breakfast didn't have waffle iron or much to choose from.

The room was good for the price and everything seemed to be clean. Breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant. It was right off the highway but not too close where the traffic noise was bothersome.

Clean, comfortable room with plenty of space. USB chargers and plugs available both on desk and at bedside (yea!) Extremely comfortable bed, good soundproofing and blackout curtains so I slept like a log. Great breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereals, pastries, toast, juice and of course great coffee. Bottled water provided for guests in the lobby along with ice water. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Ashley who checked me in and answered all my questions. Thanks for a great stay!! I’ll definitely return for another stay.
a clean comfortable room, although noisy due to being close to the highway. The Mountain View was nice and the Verde Breweries were close for beer tasting and good food. The staff was friendly and helped my husband get on the WiFi.cute little breakfast before our trip to Sedona.
The staff was pleasant and efficient. The keycards for the room worked the whole weekend! The room was clean and ready when we got there. We will definitely return!

There were spider webs on the ceiling,the handle you close the curtains with was brown from something.The bathroom sink smelled of raw sewage,we had to plug it to not smell it.Beds we’re comfortable.Laundry was cheap.

It took two trips to the front desk to figure out how to get the tv to work. The 2nd trip the front desk person was kind enough to return to my room to show me.........but it still took her 5 frustrating minutes to do so.
Initial room had not been cleaned. Staff did rectify but no kind of compensation offered for the inconvenience
