Their computers were down when we arrived, but the staff was very accommodating to get us into our rooms.

This is a typical off-the-interstate Fairfield Inn. The only comment I have is that there was a strong chemical smell not only in the hallways but also in our room. Perhaps this was the enhanced C-19 cleaning.
Nice hotel, clean, good location, fair price. Breakfast was not good. First morning no breakfast sandwiches left, no coffee cup lids, only cheap Walmart banana muffins. Front desk lady said sorry but they didn’t have items to refill. Second day was worse. No breakfast sandwiches, no muffins, no fruit, milk for cereal, no yoghurt and 1/2 cup of coffee. Only a few oatmeal bars. No apologies from staff.
Clean rooms, but didn't get the free breakfast as promised. Had to wait for about 15 minutes to check in...The next morning, no breakfast and coffee in the lobby was cold. Poorly managed hotel!!

We arrivex to check in at 7:30 pm after 10 hrs on the road. The front desk person informed us that she wasnt sure if she had a clean room woth 2 queen beds (which os what we had reserved and paid for) as even though housekeeping had cleaned several of such rooms, they had not yold her which ones were clean. Instead of asking the jousekeeping, she tried to give us a room with a king bed. I explained that 2 adilts and 2 kids could not all sleep on a king bed. She told us that was all she could do. If it had not been for an older front desk woman who was getting off her shift and walked by and heard the conversation, we would have had to leave. This woman had the bright idea of contacting housekerping and finding out ehich queen rooms were clean

Hotel staff was great, very pleasant to deal with. Room was very comfortable. Our room was right next to the lobby and never could hear other customers in the lobby areas. Breakfast offerings were well received and plenty of choices.
