I needed a place to stay during a long trip on I-95. The price was right and hotel was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

We were travelling to and from the Marriott for a seminar and this location was very convenient

Conveniently located. The lady at the counter was friendly and efficient. The room had no closet. The fridge was not plugged in. The toilet bowl clogged. Room seemed below basic.

The room rented stinks, elevator runs slow and smells like mold or a wet dog. Pictures on website do not reflect what the current condition of rooms are. The AC unit leaked all over the carpet in room. Workers stay in hotel and complained that my baby cried too much and they couldn't sleep. My baby is 11 months and teething and it was 2 in the afternoon. Bad hotel. Don't waste your money

This is a hotel that is slightly better than basic. It does have pretty much everything you would need for a short stay or passing through, but everything is just not as sparkling as in a 4-star hotel, as everything can use some sprucing up. That said, for what I paid, I have no complaints. I would stay here again.

Overall basic hotel as expected for this price range. Conveniently located right off highway, but car is a must to get anywhere. No nearby amenities. Free breakfast is convenient, but vary basic.

I single woman and was traveling with my dog. The bed at this hotel is really high off the floor and I was concerned for my dog jumping on and off the bed. I also felt a little unsafe walking in the parking lot by myself, as most of the parking is in the back of the building. I took this place as a last resort because I was running the Richmond marathon and all the hotels within the city were either astromonical or already booked. I would NEVER stay here again. The people at the front desk were friendly- i have no complaints about the service. This hotel would be OK if you were traveling a long distance and just needed a place to rest your head.

I would only recommend this motel for a one night stop if you are passing through Richmond. The location is not great and it's bit out of the way from the major sights. This is definitely a BUDGET lodging. Small rooms that smell a little stale. But, it is safe and not horrible. The best perk was that the breakfast provided was surprisingly nice. There is a waffle maker if you want something yummy in the morning.

I was in North Richmond for a meeting of the Synod of the Mid-Atlantic. This hotel was very close to the meeting site and the price was great. All the staff were wonderful - gracious and helpful. The breakfast was OK - nothing special, but adequate with a fair variety of offerings. The room was clean, smelled good, and the bed was comfortable. What more do you need?

Lesson learned: Don't go for the cheap hotel in or near a good sized city (Richmond). A seedy hotel in a seedy part of town. The check in desk was protected by a glass window. That says it all. The location, right off I-95 was good but, although I specified a non-smoking room, I think the linens, etc; were from a smoker's room. They reeked, and by the morning, my jammies did, too, and I had a bad taste in my mouth. Glad I was only staying for one night. Surprised that this is a Wyndham property.

This is a no-frill hotel. Somewhat old and needs many touch-ups, but functional for a reasonable price. Beds were clean and comfortable, but bathroom needs sprucing up. Our room came with a safe, fridge and microwave, but placed in an awkward location in the room. Also, if you are not planning to use the safe, make sure to tell them in advance so you wouldn't be charged $1/day. The free breakfast is nothing to brag about, typical budget motel fare. WiFi was great. Location is not bad, just off I95, yet far enough so it's quiet. But getting to the place is a bit tricky, and it is in the outskirt of Richmond. Overall for the price, I would consider staying here again. Hopefully, they would consider fixing up the place.

The hotel wasn't fancy or anything, but it was clean and quiet. We will probably stay there again on the way back up north, as it was pleasant and happens to be right in the middle of the drive between my parents' house and my house.

I wasn't close to anything. The front desk staff wasn't very nice. Overall, I'm glad I only stayed one night.

You get what you pay for...low rate but very dated. Small room, breakfast was minimal at best.

Dirty, uncomfortble, sink did't work, a/c did't work.

We stayed as a layover on our way to NC and we had our dog with us and needed a pet friendly hotel. Being a Super 8, we didn't have very high expectations for the place, but they surprised us. It wasn't too bad and even had a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. The price was great since we were just looking for some place to sleep.

checked in after 11:00 pm no problems. wake up call excellent

I liked that it was very convinient and close to the venue we were visiting. For a quick and very confortable stay i will recommend this hotel.

my husband and i checked into our room and their was not enough towels for both of use and they knew that their was two people checking into the room their was a lamp on the desk that did not work and the sink in the bathroom seemed to be stopped up and the tub too we were told that their was a hot breakfast to be served to us and their was cold ceral and donuts and not enough coffe in the morning. i would not stay their again

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The first night there we wanted to use the room safe but the previous guests left it locked, called maintenance to come open it and maintenance gave us major attitude as if we were wasting his time. Service desk managers were very nice and helpful with directions and stuff. Our room was clean however family across the hall found numerous bugs and their 2 year old had broken out into a huge rash. But like I said, Our room was fine, our beds and bathroom clean
