convenient to family...comfortable for my needs. could use better pillows and the bathroom could use a new toilet seat. the lobby was very warm...I could not sit down in the breakfast room or lobby since the heat was on extremely high! the upstairs hall smelled of cigarette smoke. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
