Large blood stains on sheets. Hotel staff on checkin tried to charge us for an extra person when there was no extra person. Stay somewhere else this place is the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at.

So first the hotel staff tried to charge use for an extra person (who did not exist) and when we got to our hotel room one bed sheet had multiple large blood stains on it. When we contacted the the front desk they said they couldn't bring us new sheets but we could go up to the front desk and they would give us the change of sheets. We had been driving all night and it would of been several minuets walk up to the front desk since we were on the opposite side at the part that wasn't even attached to the rest of the motel. The man on the phone had an attitude like he thought sleeping on blood stained sheets were not a big deal and that it was no concern of his. DO NOT STAY HERE, SERIOUSLY YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Friendly welcoming staff. Casual setting. Comfortable room. Breakfast available 6-10.

It is across the interstate from Warm Glow Candle Co. which is one of my favorite shopping sites. There is a DQ Grill nearby too. Room was quiet with room darkening shades. Comfortable bed. Pillows need to be replaced as well as towels etc. Just OK.

Nice little family owned and operated motel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable ... which is really important after riding a bicycle 162 miles that day. Although right off the interstate was still relatively quiet peaceful rural location.

This motel has is an older property which had at least one refresh in the past, such as a new bathroom faucet, painting, carpet, etc. Rather than a new bathroom vanity top, the old one was painted rather poorly (shows many brush marks). Most recently I noticed the front window curtain rod is no longer anchored to the wall (could fall out any day), and the bathroom faucet spout is nearly choked off from mineral buildup in the aerator. Some basic maintenance would improve guest perception of the facility. Breakfast was adequate but not memorable (lots of carbs and calories but little protein). Pricing was appropriate for the value received.

This was a particularly gratifying stay, especially considering that I had pre-paid. There were no "surprises", Although it was a mature property, all appeared well-maintained, everything worked and was clean. For me, it was a very good value.

room was bug infested. Stains everywhere and bad chemical smell. people were in the parking lot spraying down mattresses and the room. i walked in and checked out of this bug infested sorry excuse of a hotel. I have reported them to the main chain and the Indiana health board. They also did not give me the room i booked and tried to over charge me $80

The hotel was clearly having a bedbug (I assume) problem. The room had a very strong insecticide odor and workers were spraying headboards outside of some of the rooms near mine in the morning (these rooms were occupied that night). Needless to say I kept my luggage and clothing away from the beds and the floor. I know it's not their fault that they have bedbugs and I'm not sure what I would suggest for them to do, but it was very unpleasant staying there and sleeping in a bed that reeked of insecticide.

It does not look like a regular Super 8. It looks like a converted older motel. When we arrived, we had trouble with the reservation. The room smelled like mothballs or more so the beds. Otherwise it was clean enough. The A/C fan would not stay running. It is not near any food places, except an old Stuckey's store.

Was ok nothing great. But not really bad

Clean, very affordable place to sleep which is all we were looking for. Old but everything worked. Excellent location for our weekend of class reunion and family visits. But, there is absolutely nothing to do there but sleep. The "power breakfast" was nothing but coffee, juice, toast and stale roll, but the coffee was good. In room coffee maker made one cup at a time and there was only one 'pod' available. I do recommend this place to those who only need a good nights sleep at resonable rates if you pre-book.

1)Our over-night stay was uneventful, except for noise. There was a huge beverage refrigerator-dispenser located just outside our entrance door, and it throbbed all night. Perhaps it could be moved or insulated to prevent that irritating noise. 2)Not bad, but mattress were too firm for me.

The Centerville Super 8 was economy lodging that was affordable and clean. The staff was thorough and professional and I would recommend this stay for anyone needing a place to lodge and then hit the road again. We were involved in activities at the fairgrounds in Richmond and found the commute to be brief and convenient.
