    ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

    Absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. Do not go here! Not only was the woman checking us in incompetent, and had nothing but issues trying to check us in our the people in front of us, but the whole hotel was disgustingly dirty. The sheets had dried blood on them, caked-on bodily fluids, all sorts of issues, on both the sheets, it looked like dead bed bugs on the sheets or some sort of black small black substance, but also on the coverlet and on the pillow cases. We contacted the front desk, and switched rooms, and the second room was just as disgusting as the first room overall it was a horrible experience. We called corporate and they suggested oh we'll try another room, but after trying three rooms, with no change, we decided to ask for our money back. And go to a different Hotel. However, the woman at the front desk was again incompetent, and said we had been refunded, when we were not actually refund it at all. She did not process it, or it did not go through somehow, so we left and paid $80 to go to a different Hotel chain, only to never get our money back for the awful one hours day we spent there. It wasted an hour plus of our time, after we've been traveling all day. Very frustrated, very frustrated with the customer service, very frustrated with the quality oh, I understand that it is a budget friendly hotel, but I still expect clean sheets. Do not stay here.

      This is the second time I’ve thought I paid when I booked, and they ask for money again at the hotel.

      For the price it was just okay. The staff was okay, not rude, but not over the top either. It seemed to be an old building, not too well maintained and was difficult to get to the entrance. The hallway was unvacuumed with extremely dirty carpet. The room was put together, but dusty, unswept, and unvacuumed. There were stains on the sheets and blankets, maybe nail polish: something blue and black, and other spots. The alarm clock was completely broken and unuseable, even for the time. I wish there would have been a breakfast, but for the cost there was the free coffee and cocoa. I wish there would have been separate conditioner, thank goodness I brought my own. Also the bath towels leaked fuzz/lent all over, they need to be replaced or better cleaned. I would only stay here again as a last resort or simply for the very cheap cost, $45. I guess the saying is true, "you get what you pay for".
