In terrible condition. Switched rooms 3 times, each room had stained bedding or hair left in showers. Front staff was very sweet but disappointed that I couldn’t get refund even though conditions were so abysmal. I know I know...should’ve known but truly the reviews and pictures were misleading. It’s terrible and worth an extra $15 per night to stay across the street.

Good clean rooms will go back.easy off the highway and back on.everything in Ashland very nice.

Very quiet and accesible to your shopping needs. Wi-fi kept going in and out.

Old building but staff helpful and room clean. No complaints here

Only stay here if you are in desperate need of a cheap hotel. The rooms are very dated. The carpet was stained, the room smelled, the air conditioner barely worked and the bathroom was falling apart. Definitely should be closed down. It's in very bad shape.

We were basically just looking for a cheap place to stay while we went to Kings Dominion. We got our room, but the door wouldn't lock. Even when dead-bolted from the inside, it could be opened from the outside without a key...So we switched rooms. And took a locking door in lieu of bugs in the bathroom/beds, a blown light, and general [*]. The hotel is also hard to find, behind a gas station, in a sketchy area.

The room was smaller than expected. We showed up later in the evening and had to turn on the air because it had been hot all day. The air conditioner sounded like a gas generator was sitting in the room every time it kicked on. The TV remote didnt work, the alarm clock never stopped blinking no matter what combination of buttons we tried. The blankets were old and had those little lint balls all over them. One of the main reasons we decided on this one was that it had breakfast. That didnt turn out well. The danishes, donuts, and bread were all still frozen when we went to grab a bite. The juice was very watered down. Overall it was a close place to stay if you were going to Kings Dominion, but Id probably spend another $20 and find some place nicer next time.
