It was good!!! I will recommend this hotel 2 family & friends!! The staff is great!!! I’m in transition of moving...been staying here for awhile. My family and myself have builded a relationship with the staff!! They make sure that I’m comfortable and that I hav everything that I need!!

I was so disappointed, we had to change rooms twice due to maintenance. Finally in a room and had to wait over an hours for towels and washcloths from front desk. The bathroom tub was disgusting not very clean looking at all. The only thing updated in room was the flat screen tv. I have tried here twice and had same experience, will not return.

It was a good stay!!! I would stay again!! I would tell a friend or family member to stay here as well!!! They do need more housekeeping staff!!!

After a bad experience we were switched to this hotel. The staff was great! Very friendly. They reassured us that one bad apple does not spoil the bunch!

While the state of the room wasn't super nice (e.g.: some outlets didn't work and another one was falling out of the wall. Hazard much?!) it was basically fine. Great view from the 5th floor, quiet and super friendly staff. Hearty breakfast and easy parking. All in all a super deal for the price and location.

The room was more updated than I expected. Front desk receptionist was very pleasant.

My apartment building didn't have power as the temperatures went down to 2 degrees. I needed a place to stay overnight. I went online and reserved a room through Orbitz.

The hotel needs to be updated BUT the staff (Stacy) was awesome. The beds are very comfortable the room and common areas are clean. We didn't eat breakfast but it smelled great. The hotel does need to be updated. The owners need to take care of it asap or you will lose a terrific staff.

It was adequate, good location, close to many retail shops and easy to get to off of RT 64. The linens on the bed were excellent, that was the best thing about my room. The building itself could use an upgrade. The bathroom was dark, very small, and the floor tile was chipped. The vanity was out in the main area as you walk in from the hall. I do like that feature because when I'm traveling with a companion, they can access the sink and mirror while the shower is being used. However, the lights above the sink had not been cleaned in a while and the right side bulbs were burned out. The rug in room had a stain and their was a chip in the wood cabinet that held the refrigerator. There was also a crack in the 'popcorn' ceiling extending from one side of the room to the other. In one area, the ceiling had started to flake, not so pleasing to look at.

Hotel toilets were not clean. And the hotel manager is not available to hear our concerns!

good location for us, heater did not work in room, switched rooms that had heat. lots of restaurants in area.

For a two-night stay the hotel was exactly suited to the purposes of my trip.

I had a last minute trip and made reservations for the room based on the price. To my surprise, the room was very clean. The only two issues I had was the room keys stopped working (never was near my phone or credit card) and the show didn't have hot water. I wouldn't stay here again but this hotel would just be a day stay.

My main concerns are always cleanliness and affordability, and this hotel rated high on both counts. The decor was pretty hideous and the place was a bit old and worn, but the room was clean and comfortable. I was able to hear the people in the next room, but luckily they weren't too loud and I had earplugs.

I had an updated, non-smoking room which was great because although the hallway had a mild smell of smoke, my room did not. The bed was cozy. There was an updated shower head, which was awesome. The continental breakfast was good as well. I would definitely stay there again. Great location next to restaurants.

The motel was fine and in a good location. Very nice free breakfast offered. The motel was crowded as there were a lot of activities going on in the Richmond area that weekend.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Very good value for the west end of Richmond. Good place for a business traveler to stay and have reasonably good access north and west to avoid traffic.
