The room is cheaper than other hotels in the same zone. The staff was not at counter when I checked in late night, and i had to call him and wait a few moment. Overall, it was not good but not bad.

I like travelling and basically travel twice at least every year. This one is the most disappointing one in recent 5 years. And this should be the first hotel I would not recommend in recent 5 years as well!

The only good thing I have to say is the location was really good -- but with all the other hotels in the area do not pick this one! Everything was dirty. Bed was NOT comfortable. No extra pillows available, the ones in the room were totally flat. They won't even provide a box of tissues (there's an empty container in the room so I thought it was left empty as a mistake). The continental breakfast is a joke - literally all it was is plain white bread, rice crispies and a couple prepackaged muffins - no fresh fruit or variety. We actually took the last 2 muffins available! Coffee is not made daily, its out of a single serve machine then the option is warm milk. The staff is of zero help and zero personality. I asked for extra pillows 'nope we don't have that.' Its a very cheap hotel at $40/night but not worth it with the other options nearby, go to the holiday inn and save yourself a bad night of sleep!

I chose this hotel for the pool, breakfast, wifi, and cable. pool was closed, no breakfast, watery coffee, and wifi sucked. Ice machine out of order. Ants in the room and on the bed. I dont recommend staying here.

I've been staying at this hotel location for years, both on my own and with my family. In recent years I have noticed a downhill trend in the service and overall niceness of the hotel. This year finally made up my mind fo0r me: I will not be returning to this hotel ever again. I had booked a single room for one adult at a reasonable price. Upon arrival, the first room they put me in honestly looked like an old store-room that someone had thrown mismatched, broken, and unwanted furniture in. The lamps had no shades, the bed's head board was broken and shoved in the closet, there were hairs in the sheets, the comforter had cigarette burns in it (in a Non-smoking room mind you), and there were stains that looked like blood on the sheets and carpet. The room itself smelled dirty and looked like something straight out of a horror film or urban legend. I went back downstairs and requested a different room. My second room at least smelled like a mixture of cleaning agents and cigarettes. There were hairs in the towels and mold in the bath/shower. The mattress felt like it was collapsing and certainly has passed it's replace by date. The people hanging around the hotel doors, especially late at night, were not the most pleasant of company and I felt incredibly worried about leaving my car or any electronics/valuables around without me. TL:DR- despite the enticing prices, the hotel has definitely seen better days and will not be seeing me again.

The rooms were large, bed comfortable. Lobby and carpet could have been a little cleaner. All lights in the room worked, nice flat screen TV. Right next to Olive Garden restaurant and across street from McDonald's and Taco Bell. I am staying and would stay here again.

I would never stay at this place again. I know it was relatively inexpensive, but the room smelled terrible, there were cob webs in the window, mold in the refrigerator and on the air vent of the a.c. Overall it just seemed dirty.

Good sleep quiet. Staff can do better. I would recommend to a friend. Parking is good also the breakfast

The price is the only really great thing about it. There are plenty of reasonably priced hotels in that area of Richmond. Just off the interstate is good. Having to make a U turn to get there not so much. There are obviously a fair number of full-time residents that cook in their rooms. The aroma might turn people off. Staff was friendly enough but the only service was checking in.

if you don't care about any features but location, this hotel may be good to live. I feel no save in there cuse the door doesn't close easily and the safety box does not work. The quality of everything is cheep.

The pics on for this hotel could not have been taken at this location. This hotel was awful. Reserved a no. Smoking room that reeked like smoke not to mention other foul smells. Shady and unclean. It's true tha you get what you pay for, but even at 50 bucks a night, it's not worth it. DO NOT WASTE YIUR MONEY AT THIS HOTEL. We ended up searching hi and low for another hotel.

The linens were laundered and the bathroom was clean. The carpet is beyond cleaning. There were no bugs..and that really surprised me. I'm glad the door locks worked.

The building needs to be renovated. Very old decor, no elevator, and no amenities. If strapped for cash this is an ok bargain. If you can afford to spend the extra few dollar find another alternative. I know I will.

This place has definitely seen better days. There was nothing truly wrong with it and our stay was fine, but beware that it is something of a dump.

Website said hotel had workout room and laundry on site. Well workout room was under construction and laundry room was in separate building. Never mind we were in the midst of a snow storm. Staff on nightshift always smelled like weed and day shift was marginally nice enough. I was able to get early check in on first day. On day 2 I was asked to relocate. No problem. EXCEPT new room bathroom was not fit for humans. The large jetted bath looked in terrible repair and the ceiling was peeling every day. The brand new television did not work and I called 3 times about that. Overall, I will not stay there again. Please spend the extra and get a nicer place. I wish I had.

Bad advertisements. Vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv

No fancy bells or whistles to this place, but the bed was descent. Very old building, not handicap accessible. Had to carry luggage up and down flight of stairs.

It was average, nothing to complain or rave about.

Nice place need to pay attention to the rooms when they vacuum they missed alot of little things like fake fingernails and burnt matches.

Hotel was great for the price in the area. Very safe, comfortable, and convenient access to restaurants and the highway. The rooms were big and clean. The staff friendly and a variety for breakfast from 6-9am. The waffle maker was my favorite.
