Receptionist was nice but slow. Attire was not very professional (beanie hat, unbuttoned sleeves, contrasting blue undershirt, tent pole belt). Not notified of breakfast (not sure there even was any) which is wierd for a Holiday Inn. No mention of facilities or their hours. Hotel was not booked solid yet ended up with a handicap room (great for a guest that needs it, but one that doesn't has a wide open shower with no bathtub- water everywhere and no chance to soak and relax.) Bus tour lead was loud baning on doors at 6am (not the hotel's fault, but it was so loud that they should've at least said something) If it were another hotel I'd say decent, but I've stayed at several Holiday Inns and this one wasn't even an express so I expected more since they usually have pretty high standards of customer service

Hotel was very clean! Price was very reasonable for the quality!

Terrible experience. was locked out of our room for three hours, the owners actually said they didn't care to help. Never go here.

Orbitz wouldn't even let me post my story of why not to stay here. Trust me, DO NOT. I travel for work every week, worst hotel experience I've ever had.

They had a biker party going on that we were not aware of. Our floor smelled like pot and we had to rush our kids to the room. The bathtub kept filling up with water and wouldn't drain and the toilet water kept running. The breakfast was awful. No food and no healthy choices or kid friendly. The kids eat toast. Just plain awful. I begged them for oatmeal. Waited 45 min then left with no food.

Hotel had outdated and insufficient air conditioning resulting in very hot hallways and common areas and rooms that were only cool directly near the air unit. Hotel room also smelled of tobacco smoke, despite it being a non-smoking facility. Customer service was terrible- from rude staff in hallways to management. Concerns were brought to manager's attention and he and the housekeeping supervisor proceeded to state that they thought the air was fine and did not smell smoke... Not a customer- service driven response. Lastly, the onsite restaurant was subpar. Despite there being only 5 patrons, our burgers took an hour to be served, were not at all like described in menu and the bar staff were loud and unprofessional. At breakfast, we waited an excessive amount of time to be seated because their was no hostess/server in the main area. The server finally seated is and said we needed to hurry to place the order because the cook has another job and needs to leave early. She then came back and said they were out of pancakes and we needed to hurry to order something else because he needed to leave right away for his other job.... ?!?

We walked into the lobby to see a manager behind the desk speaking with 2 employees who were clearly done with their shift and heading home. They were having casual conversation and gossiping, and did not stop to greet as us as we entered. Even after we sat our heavy bags down and approached the desk even more they did not acknowledge us. After they were done with their conversation the manager spent about 15 minutes getting us our room keys. While we waited I asked for a few Bandaids and explained I had multiple blisters on my feet. We also asked the manager to confirm the room rate before giving him our credit card information. He said he didn't know what it was and continued doing god knows what. He finally gave us our keys and said "have a good night," at which time I had to ask for bandaid(s) again! He went to the back and returned with a SINGLE bandaid. His entire demeanor was rude, inconsiderate, and dismissive. To top things off we got to our room and found out-dated interior and a bedside lamp that did not work. NEVER staying with a Holiday Inn again. We typically book with Marriott and always have a great experience.

fine hotel along the automobile route home from family thanksgiving trip from florida

This was a delightful place to stay during out trip from Florida to New Jersey... good breakfast as well

My experience with OK and I love it and I eventually was good and great and love

Front desk staff upon check in was great but upon check out the night auditor was in the back off. I had to ask hello 3 times load so he would come out. I checked out at 5:45 am. As I sat in the lobby and waited for my family to pick me up (15 min), the auditor went into the restaurant. The phone was ringing and two other people came to the desk and he was still in the restaurant. Food in the restaurant was horrible our waiter was great (Wayne).

Went into the hotel and didn't have a remote control for the television. Was told to get up and change the channel. Night desk guy argued with my husband over the phone about getting us a remote control for the television, then when he borrowed one from another vacant room, the back to the remote was missing so I had to hold my hand over the batteries to make sure they didn't fall out. We just checked out at 6am and went back home, money wasted.

When I with two kids got to the hotel at 7 PM, we were told that the room is not ready. So we have to wait for almost two hours and got our room near 9 o'clock. After everybody get showers and kids got sleep, I found that the bathroom ventilation fan can not be turned off. I called and was told that it could not be fixed. There is no tissue paper in the room, I called and was told that they would send me a box. But it never came. The hallway carpet is very dirty.

Room and Amenities was wonderful. Was able to relax in comfort with a sense of security!!

Overall ok. Chose this one over others for cost. But sacrificed free breakfast. Toilet ran all night. I was too tired to notice, but my roommate told me in the morning. so don't know if someone would have come to fix it if we reported it to desk. Didn't care for layout of room. Frig and microwave in a little cubbie hole right by door, with coffee maker sitting on top of both. Electrical outlet where frig and microwave hooked up, not accessible. So had to move coffeemaker to use it. drinking cups and ice chest were under the table between the beds, didn't find that until the next morning. Was not impressed with restaurant attached. Food was hot, with generous portions and place was clean, but very little flavor in food. Restaurant staff was friendly, attentive, and usemi-efficient, but cook forgot appetizer comes before the meal (according to waitress), and thus by the time we got appetizer, main meal came five minutes later. Staff had no uniform dress.

There was nothing special about this stay. The room was in need of some TLC to get it back in shape. We tried to turn on the AC at 2AM and found out it did not work so we opened the window. Then at 4AM we closed the window because it was too cold. We ate in the attached restaurant which caused us to eat a morning breakfast sandwich at a near by fast food place.

It was great, I really enjoyed myself, the nexttime I come I will stay at this hotel

I noticed a blood stain the size of a nickel, when I turned down the bed. I called house keeping, no answer, and then the front desk. After several rings, I was told that I would receive clean sheets but it would take a few minutes ( 25 minutes). The staff was nice about it and took $20 off of breakfast, but it took a long time and I had to make my own bed.

It's ok. Prob better than the other hotels on the block.

We stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the updates and cleanliness of this hotel. It was a great place for the value and location.
