Good sized, clean room. Breakfast was great. Hot tub was drained... should not have a hot tub if itbwill not be available... kids were disappointed.

Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive, but property is very rough, extremely dirty and needs to be totally updated and cleaned.
Was very clean, staff friendly & after an initial issue with the fridge in the room was taken care of, room was very nice. Loved the bathroom soaps & lotion, nice touch. Breakfast had a nice selection & was plentiful
Extremely updated rooms at both holiday inns we stayed at during our trip. Unfortunately the motorized shade control in our room was not working but since we only stayed for one night it was not a significant gap. Bathroom bed pillows refrigerator… All were fantastic

I went to check in and was told the property was sold out. No one had called me and they really didnt seem to care they just told me to find a room somewhere else. Basically they told me it was orbitz fault and not their problem. So after drivibf for 15 hours i had to go find somewhere else to sleep. I hope i wasnt charged
Smoke smelling room and corridors, heater was stuck on in room, linens were not provided for all beds and had to carry them from the front desk after inquiring. Tried to call front desk from 10P to 10:40P - No Answer for help with these issues, gave up and tried to sleep. Later woken by angry man banging on all doors demanding his GF return his sweatshirt (at 230A), last seems to be an electricity problem as night table wall light went on and off various times during the entire night and morning. Overall based on these things, would not stay here again or recommend it.
The front desk staff were pleasant. But the door to my room looked like someone tried to pry it open. You had to slam the bathroom door to get it to shut and the mirror was cracked. The tv remote didn’t work. I requested for my room to be cleaned with fresh towels and that never happened. This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
Had two q as seen beds gave us a suite (separate sitting room) two TVs beds were comfy
Clean and well-maintained, and I am supportive of the COVID-19 restrictions put in place. However, check-in was PAINFULLY slow (particularly after 10 hours in the car). Breakfast pickup was super slow, and the person staffing breakfast was NOT wearing her mask properly. Furthermore, the morning front-desk staff were leaning against the counter texting.
My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Location was quiet and I enjoyed a great night of sleep.
The hotel room was fine but i reserved a smoking room only to come to a non-smoking hotel. They shouldn't give you an option if they dont provide an option. I wanted a smoking room & would have made reservations at a hotel that provides smoking

I do apologize that you were not notified earlier of the hotel being at full capacity. Sometimes the reservations that we receive through booking channels do not contain contact information and we are not able to reach out to guests in these events. You were not charged.

I’m so sorry to hear that she didn’t like you stay with us I wish you had reached out to me personally so that I can make sure things were better when you left the location this morning.
