The landscaping in the front of the hotel was nice but when you drove around the back it was like a run down place and the first room they gave us was already someone staying in it and it was around 1am and we had a infant with us. Just not a very good first impression

Super easy to get around DC from here. Plus you won’t need your car once you stay here

The fixings were there but there was no coffee maker in my room!

It is always clean and friendly. I always stay at this hotel and the rooms are nice. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Well, it is partially abandoned, under renovation or demolition I can't tell. Everything is run down, even in the wing they are using for guests. Just a crappy place. But, what did I expect for $69? I guess I expected to be less creeped out.

It was listed as a 3-star but the hotel was in decadence. Under repair but could have done a better job at up keeping and cleanliness. Rooms had sagging blinds/curtains which gave a sense of abandonment. A "non-smoking room" with cigarette marks and odor in the bathroom was not pleasant.

Nothing this place was a waste of life. Stay in a park with a tent for better accommodations.

There were hole in the sheets crack in the walls the chairs was ripe and the room was cold all night

Excellent value, location is close to West End, Carytown district

Staff was rude. At check in there was no one at the front desk for 20 minutes. After that I had to go out to the parking lot to find the front desk clerk after finding him I was told that they didn't have my reservation and he proceeded to charge me more than what I was supposed to be charge with my booking through Orbitz. I would never ever spend the night there again.

The room was clean but the overall hotel appeared run down. We had to go outside to get from the lobby to the room, and it felt a little like a motor lodge. ProsWe could see the car from our balcony, and the person at the front desk said there was a security guard.

Absolutely disgusting & shouldn't even be rated 1 star. Orbitz should take this hotel off their site! Roach infested & just disgusting (this is not an insult, this is fact). I have 10 pictures I took of roaches, & that does not include the 10 that I killed prior. This hotel needs to be shut down. I'm considering calling the Health Dept on them. The first room had no TV, nor phone. The second room, didn't have towels. Upon checking out, no one asked me how my stay was. Will never stay at this hotel again. Orbitz, please take this hotel off your site, you are better than this.

The room was pretty worn. Furniture damage. The bathroom was in need of a revamp; very old and worn looking. Fridge not working.

Disgusting rooms stained linen would never stay here again

This is an older building and is either undergoing or needs to undergo a serious face lift. However, the room itself was quite clean and very comfortable. The location is great!

This place needs to be totally renovated elevator doesn’t work no inspection sticker stops working mid floor rooms are old outdoor facilities terrible needs to be totally redone bathroom was disgusting the sink has chips. Room refrigerator door does not close all the way overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Okay for a quick stay as I had. This is not your Ritz Carlton. The hot water took a long time (10 minutes for sure) to reach the bathroom. The place was clean. The building has some age under its belt.
