Hotel was very old and I would not stay here again there was some kind of fan that ran all night

We always look for Days Inn when we travel , good place.

The beds were not that comfortable. It was hard to get to sleep even though we were very tired. It was an shock to see how much money it cost to buy the bacon & sausage. Paying $12.00 for the bacon & sausage was shocking.

Room smells bad. Started sneezing, itchy eyes soon after entering room. Had to take anti-histamine. Dirty, worn out carpet. Threadbare, worn out box spring. Closet sliding door off track, standing crooked in closet. Wiring running along wall/carpet tacked in place where baseboard belonged. The "free breakfast" was severely limited. NO ELEVATOR, stairs only. If I'd open my curtain, the folks at the pool could look straight down into my room. Bathroom door had a large hole repair, but was not refinished. 2 tubes of conditioner and NO shampoo! Peeling wallpaper and ceiling drywall tape with water damage discolorations.

Clean hotel with mediocre restaurant. O.K. for a pitstop.

The hotel was old and tired. The room I had was next to the pool and on the other side was the ice machine. You could hear every conversation outside the room. inside the room the pictures were off the wall and just nails. The carpet was stained and appeared very dirty. There was no shampoo or other cleaning items, just a bar of soap. The television was very old and small, you could barely see it.

The staff were accomadating and the loction was great for getting to the Pieuto Trail. The Hotel is getting a little old but it was clean.

We stayed here overnight, driving from Los Angeles to Denver. From our room we could not pick up a WiFi signal, so be wary that even though free WiFi is advertised, you may not be able to get it in all rooms. The room was clean and the staff was accommodating, however, food delivery to this hotel is also unreliable, as we attempted to order a pizza 45 minutes before the pizza place closed, only to have them never show up and not call. The restaurant that serves breakfast also leaves much to be desired.

It's not an expensive hotel, but it's a good hotel for the price.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Hotel staff were professional and friendly. I would positively stay there on my next trip to Richfield.

The room was clean and comfortable, however, dated. We could easily hear our next door neighbor in the morning. No doubt they heard us come in at 11:30 p.m. - sorry about that! The breakfast was poor at best. The server was nice and did her best. Overall, a good night sleep, but not worth the money we paid.

The staff could have not been more congenial and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. They were on overload with all of the events in town. Everyone was served in a timely manner. We would have liked the pool available for the kids. They were disappointed with that.

Great location in Richfield old downtown. Nice. Beautiful view of snow capped mountains in the distance. But staff at desk and breakfast bar are often not present. One customer actually had to go back into the kitchen to get someone, who would také their complimentary breakfast order. She didn[t seem to speak English almost at all. There were 3 egg choices for breakfast. I ordered #1 scrambled eggs but they were not scrambled, looked more like an omelette made of one egg. Did taste good though. At check out there was no one at the desk and no one answered the phone or came to the desk upon my calling the phone provided. Poor staffing choices at desk and breakfast bar.

Comfortable bed, fairly large and quiet room. The shower drain was a bit clogged and the wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom, but overall the room was clean and serviceable. The breakfast, however, was quite possibly the worst meal my boyfriend and I have ever had. The "continental" breakfast included a few slices of bread and 2 types of cereal, so we opted for the hot breakfast options at the Mexican restaurant. The eggs were disgustingly loaded with salt- simply inedible. The sausage and ham were also pretty disgusting. But, for the price of the motel, what do you expect? My advice would be to pay for the breakfast from the restaurant menu. Although if they screwed up scrambled eggs that badly, who knows what their other food is like...

we found it comfortable and had no complaints. we would stay there again.

Not again The hot continental breakfast was Mexican style lot of pepper to hot for the family to eat. You get a card at the desk so take your hole group cause they take the card once they take the card you can’t even back and even get coffee Ran out of towels for the pool and room had to wait for fresh towels for the room. won’t stay there a sec time.

Pleasant rooms, Restaurants within walking distance.

I am so sorry for our not taking proper care of you. The items mentioned should have been in your room, and we have met with housekeeping to see that this does not happen again. We are in process of up dating all of ourTV's and yours was one that had not been changed. The next time you come, show a copy of this Response and we will discount your room 50%. Thank you for your review. This will only make us do a better job.
