This was our second time in Lindos, and we couldn't be more pleased to have chosen this hotel. We arrived late due to flight delay, we were welcomed with a glass of champagne, fresh hand towels and when I asked about what food options were available the receptionist told me that all the restaurants were closed but she would ask someone to prepare some sandwiches and a fruit plate, that was very nice of her. The pool was nice and the beach was beautiful, there is a traditional Greek night with food and music and that was amazing. The only down side is the spa is not connected to the hotel and only accepted cash payments which I was not informed before the treatment. Overall this was an amazing hotel and I wouldn't hesitate in going back.

The food is great, one buffet restaurant and three theme restaurants; Greek, Italian and Mexican. In the Greek restaurant I had one of the best meals I ever had in a restaurant!! The staffs in those restaurants are great and attentive. There are also some lunch restaurants with sushi and burgers etc., one crepe/ice cream place and also two restaurants at the beach; one snack bar and a pizza place which is great, in the room there's a mini bar with some cold drinks (all included in the all-inclusive). There are lots of things to do even if the hotel is located in a remote area. We enjoyed the evening shows and tried some of the activities of the animation team such as darts, archery and quiz. There are also kayaks that you can use (included). The staffs and animation team are amazing and always smiling in the whole hotel except for the staff in the reception for some reason. The maids did an excellent job, loved the bed decoration we got one day, thank you! Loved everything about this hotel, except for the room that we got which was no good (except for the small garden outside which was beautiful). Our room was located next to the entrance road to the hotel so there was noise from the road and every time a large vehicle passed by our windows shook. The bathroom was in need of renovation, rusty and old. Beds were rather hard. We tried to change rooms but were warned by the reception that we might get an even worse room if we changed so we didn’t dare… Fortunately we enjoyed spending time in the hotels public areas so we didn’t have to spend much time in our room. We would like to go back, but would make sure to get a better room this time. One suggestion for the hotel is also to have at least one pool area that is smoke free.

We just returned last week and still talk about how much we miss it and loved it. The staff was amazing, from the gardeners to housekeeping or service staff, everyone was so warm and friendly ,always smiling and more than attentive. It took Zeta and Anna Maria at one of the pool bars a day and they already knew our preferences and getting our double espressos ready after lunch. The staff at the beach, the restaurants...always asked how we were doing, how our day was going,if we were enjoying ourselves...The hotel is perfect for children, though he is very well behaved we have gotten the impression that at some hotels people were bothered by guests with children. Not here though, especially Emmanuela and Stefanos in the main dining room were always so sweet with our little man. We were lucky to get a freshly renovated bungalow by the amphi theatre with a wonderful seaview.Yes,it requires a little bit of walking but we sure didnt mind the exercise after eating all that delicious food that was prepared and served by wonderful staff. I really cannot stress enough how welcome we felt and how relaxing the entire experience was.Thank you to all the staff making this so wonderful,we will definitely be back next year.Sarah,Kevin and Joshua

One of the best hotels !cleaning service is super, smile and hospitality is provided from all the staff ,facilities are great but one of the most special things is the variety in food !so many restaurants with so many different cuisines I have ever tasted in a hotel !

Just got back from 10 days in Rhodes where the temperature was in the 40s, i have been going to the Rodos Village in Kiotari now for 12 yrs. Lots of friendly faces who recognise us, big thank you to Erik at the bar for looking after us, always a pleasure to see him. The entertainment changed 2 seasons ago, last year they were poor and this year they are no better, bring back Rio ( I love my job ). At the pool you can't get a drink unless you are dry, good idea would be to put a bar in the pool, structure is already there. I'm a Mitsis member and it's a shame to see quality slipping. I have another holiday booked for September ,not sure I will going back.

Arrived on the 15th of June , party of 26 to celebrate our dads 80th, having emailed the hotel prior to arriving to make sure my mum and dad got a accessible room, to which got no reply , so asked reception to make sure they had room on low level >> after checking in very late, everyone went off to their rooms , as was on just above the kitchen right next to generators, was so noisy n the smell of the drains that kept wafting up, asked to change rooms was shown another room not much better, man on reception then offered us a upgrade which we would of had to pay ,15-20 euros per night, not very helpful at all. my mum n dad got put in a room which you had to use the glass lift for , ok when the lift was working but more often that not it broke down so they had to climb 50 steps to get to their room.. not appropriate for them at all. the hotel is on 3 different levels with the amphitheatre right at the top again a hike if u have trouble walking, pools very very salty. on the plus side food was good n plenty off it. although one lunchtime I wanted a burger n my husband wanted a kebab so had to sit in different resturants as cant take it from one to the other !! trek to get out of the hotel as on a slope n bit of a mission to get to the stony beach. ate out one night at local restaurant which was disgusting paid 75 euros for seafood platter for 2 , everything was overcooked like rubber, b lobster was not lobster but crayfish. waste of money.. wouldn't recommend hotel n wont b going back !!

Lovely hotel, nice and friendly staff and atmosphere. We were greeted with an upgrade to a lovely apartment with a bonus sea view balcony. Even though we arrived at at 12am we were welcomed to have dinner in the main restaurant. To our surprise the pools had sea water. The quality of food was really good, there was a lovely creperia open throughout the day and a variety of restaurants where you had to book in advance. There was live music every evening and nice bar with really friendly staff, worth mentioning Nikos, with his friendly smile and lovely cocktails. There was a nice animation team who did shows for the children and adults every night, plenty of activities throughout the day. We would recommend a day trip to Rhodes Old Town with its nice narrow streets full of shops and restaurants. Lindos is also lovely. Great service and atmosphere !

If you want a Butlins type all inclusive holiday then this fits the bill. The hotel is clean and the food is edible. Be prepared to fight for it thou. The hotel is mainly occupied by Germans and therefore be ready to get up early to bag a sunbed at the pools. The pools are freezing and filled with saltwater!! The beach is not a beach and could easily be classed as a building area full of grit. We ate out most nights just so that we could relax and enjoy a break. Needless to say it weren't for me and certainly won't be back.

For a budget holiday this hotel was excellent!! We didn't have huge expectations as last minute cheap holiday one week getaway. However, this hotel was fantastic in most areas. The hotel is right on the beach which has loads of watersport activities and plenty of sunbeds (it's never a scrap for sunbeds). The food at the main restaurant was good and the food at the booked restaurants (italian, greek and mexican) was very good. The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfy and the view from the balcony was lovely overlooking the beach. The mini fridge was refilled with water, pepsi, lemonade and beer every other day which was part of the all inclusive. All staff were very friendly and happy to help for anything. The only things I could knock is the resort is very hilly, the pools are freezing and salty and the evening entertainment is average - we just sat in the outside bar most nights (which does have an incredible view of the sea). Overall however, we were very impressed and would recommend to anyone.

Hello from Germany. We passed 9 wonderful days. They were all organized. Eating and serving everyone wonderful. We had fun at the amphitheater. The pleasant environment filled with trees and flowers. Dimitris very helpful. Thank you very much. Sou metr very sweet. Claudia from main bar was always looking and smiling. We will come again sure. :)
