This hotel is in a great location ,near two beaches 30minutes walk to Rhodes old town, harbour and a large selection of shops. Hotel is ok but for an all inclusive much could be improved The price for internet connection in your room is outrageous complained so got mine free. Saftey deposit boxes in rooms also expensive watch out for waver claiming no responsibility for any loss.surely if you are selling a product which they clearly were the responsibility must be down to the hotel otherwise it should be offered for free The food was a bit repetitive however the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful best bit of this hotel. Overall not bad for a city break .

This a a great hotel with lovely, friendly staff. The manager George was great in accommodating us for an extra 3 nights when the hotel was at full capacity for which we were very grateful. The location is great a 5 minute walk to Ellie beach and a 10 minute walk to the old town. Many restaurants and bars close by. Room was clean and had a balcony overlooking pool. This is an all inclusive hotel. The food is very good and they serve drinks up to midnight. We will definitely be booking this hotel again.

Very busy hotel were most guests are on an all inclusive deal. Rooms are of a reasonable size but cleanliness was not the greatest. Reception staff were pleasant enough. The food choices in the restaurant were fairly wide ranging with something for everyone, although after a few days it gets to feel samy. To experience Rhodes town I wished I had stayed elsewhere to be able to explore more rather than this brash noisy hotel.

Excellent hotel and staff! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Especially want to say thank you to receptionist Emili, Georgios and Panormitis who work in the restaurant and maids Ljuba and Maria. I hope we will come next time. The hotel is 3 min from Aegean sea and 5 min from Mediterranean. It is easy to get to the city centre and to Mandraki. There are a lot of cafes and shops around the hotel. We spent time in this hotel since 17 till 27.07.2017. Ekaterina and Stanislav from Russia

Don't even know where to begin. It is not okay to have unfriendly staff that is unwilling to do anything outside of their usual, day-to-day routine. Anything more complicated then asking how to get to the beach is met with usually "I don't know", or "Try Google". It is not okay to have an air-conditioning unit that is 30 years old and is just not powerful enough for the room. It is not okay to have drinks in the minibar that are 5 years old (it had residue inside the bottle). It is not okay to have almost no selection of food for Breakfast. This hotel claims to be 4*, but I struggled to find one reason why this hotel is awarded such high category. Hotel design and style is old, the rooms they give you are absolutely not worth the money. Even one of the sockets was ripped from the wall. Overall, this hotel does not deserve even 3* in my opinion. If I were you, I would look for a different place.

Staff were wonderful and friendly. Room was clean and the bed was comfy, food much better than I've previously had on an all inclusive holiday (and plenty of it) We found the hotel really clean and the room spacious and comfortable. The staff cant do enough for you and are always smiling, restaurant staff in particular. Stavros in the bar is a great character and could teach bar staff in England a thing or 2 on how to treat customers and clear a queue with speed. The beach is a matter of minutes away, whatever speed you walk, but I'd recommend flip flops, it's a bit stony. The old town is about 20 minutes away and certainly worth a visit, especially for shopping in the evening. We took the boat trip to Lindos for the day, well worth the 20 Euros fare. Beware though, it's a steep climb to the the top and it was very warm (38 degrees) The photo's we have come home with are fantastic. Will certainly be going back and will definitely be staying at the same hotel, can't recommend it highly enough.

Stay at this hotel for a weeks was great, the hospitality was amazing, the staff always smiling, room is clean, the Foods are so delicious and most delicious food is the pizza, fantastic. The hotel is in downtown, about 10 to 15 mins to old Town, nearby beach, Market are everywhere, restaurants, bars and easy to go everywhere.

Stayed at the Mitsis Petit Palais for a week with my husband. It really is a lovely hotel within easy reach of everything. Our room was large and lovely with a small but functional balcony over the pool. Staff are very pleasant and helpful and restaurant and food very good quality - felt a bit sorry for the pizza chef , constant queue due to the great quality of pizza. Even thought the bar area is small there was never an issue getting a drink as the staff are very efficient. We spent most evenings sitting out of the front of the hotel enjoying the breeze after the heat of the day, watching the world go by. Only small criticism - I would have liked to have seen some notices in the pool area saying not to smoke or drink in the pool as some of the Scandinavian youth which appeared half way through our week were doing both even the baby pool which was not very nice. But overall an excellent holiday!

We only stayed there for one night, but the room was really good, I especially liked the bed as it was really soft, comfortable and huge. The staff are all really helpful, nice and have a big smile on their faces at all times. The only thing that we did not like was the pool, because there are no green areas around it, it is pretty dirty and crowded. The food was good, they have enough options, but don't expect to eat much pizza or pancakes in the morning because they are making one at a time and when it's done people take it fast so if you want a slice you have to wait in line. But there is enough of everything else.

OK room, OK all inclusive catering, very central hotel close to both beach and central old town, very friendly staff, small pool but plenty of pool chairs, internet in lounge but not in room, we had a fine stay
