It was the last week of October 2018 and our third visit to this hotel in a matter of months; twice as residents and once as guests whilst staying at another Mitsis hotel on the island. So impressed were we with this hotel back in April we took a party of 8 adults with us to experience this exceptional place. The hotel is extremely impressive, very modern, impeccably clean and of the very highest standard. It was apparent that hotel had only a matter of days before the end of the season, yet despite this the guard never dropped. All restaurants open and available, all bars providing wonderful service and great entertainment. Rooms were immaculate and of the highest standard. We never encountered one single issue throughout our stay with all my guests highly delighted with my choice of holiday for them. As is usual, it is often the staff who make for a great stay and this hotel boasts some of the best in the business; friendly yet very professional at all times and willing to go the extra mile to ensure your holiday brings about memories to be treasured. So with that in mind I dedicate my next paragraph to some of those wonderful people. Thanks to Vassilia Kampouri, Front Office Manager for allocating us some exceptional rooms with amazing views. Mr Choix, Food and Beverage Manager for just being one of the nicest guys I have ever met and at the very top of his game. To managers Michalis and Dimitri in the main buffet restaurant not forgetting staff Christina and Anthula. Evie the manager in the Al a Carte restaurants for all your help in arranging group reservations for me. Savas, George in the burger bar and George in the fish restaurant. And of course the very lovely Magda, Christina and Katerina in the wine and champagne bars. We had such a terrific time, we are coming back again on Saturday 20th April together with our son and his girlfriend to mark his 21st Birthday, so very much looking forward to seeing you all again in the weeks ahead.

It has been a few months now already but I still love thinking back of this great week we had together as a family at the Mitsis Alila, it was luxory and just a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks goes out to Takis, who would make our days by the beach just wonderful. He was always there and very helpful and kind. My entire family really appreciated his service and we don't think we have ever had anybody as attentive and fun. We spent every day at the beach, all day and he was just great! In total, the overall quality of the hotel and the service provided was very high standard and we had a fantastic holiday. We will be back for sure!

We visited Mitsis Alila in Agust 2018. Our experience about this hotel was good and we would recommend to go there. Good things first: -Hotel is new and very clean, modern style and light colors makes interior look special -Food was fresh, good quality meat, fruits, vegetables, cheese, bread, Lurpak butter, and very good coffee -The menu of beverage was the best I ever saw in any hotel: Absolut vodka, Black label, Sambuca, Jagermaister.... Variety of wines, champagne and prosecco -Staff was very professional, helpfull and nice. They did everything to make our stay there comfortable. Very good job of the frontdesk, barmens and waiters, specially on evening shift outside. Special thank You to Ivan, he was making wood baked pizza on the beach, when outside was over 30 degree every day. -Beach was very clean and we were always able to find the sunbeds. If you want special place, need to come earlier. -Live music every evening was nice to listen Few things what would make our stay even better: -Fresh squeezed juice was mixed with water, it would be nice to make it right in the restaurant in front of the visitors. -More seafood in menu would be nice, shrimps and octopus were delicious and were running out super fast. If you came an hour after dinner starts, you won't try it -We didn't like stones and rocks on the beach, need to be very careful -Citizens of "one largest country in the world" treat staff and every other hotel visitors the same way as they do it in Egypt and Turkey: "More vodka and right now". I feel sorry for waiters

This hotel is the best one I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived at 2.00am we were made to feel welcome. Champagne on arrival and food available in the restaurant before being helped to your room. This hotel is cleaner than clean and has lots of choices of restaurants including Italian, Mexican, Burgers and Buffet. There is a champagne bar and other bars around the resort. We stayed all inclusive so we could eat or drink whenever we wanted. You can use the spa and get massages (at extra cost) or you can relax by the pool or by the beach which also has a bar and a pizza oven which are both open all day. The staff are so friendly especially Magda who works in the Champagne bar. I would really recommend this Hotel and I cannot wait to go back.

We had originally planned to stay at Alila for 4 days before we travelled to a few other islands for our honeymoon .. this ended up being 8 nights as we didn't want to leave! From the moment we stepped into the hotel until the moment we left the staff (every single one of them made our stay perfect. The staff are friendly, approachable, happy and want you to have the best time, they make you feel welcomed and like they really don't want you there, the make the stay so much better! The room was perfect, 4th floor with views over the outside bar and beach! It was spotless, there was not an ounce of dirt or dust anywhere, each day the beds were made nd fresh towels were given, bath towels and different towels for the beach and pool. The choice of food was perfect, the main restaurant had a huge selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner and there is plenty to eat! The hotel as 4 restaurants (Asian, Mexican, Italian and Greek.. all are wonderful, our favourite was the Asian) which you can book, we were out of season therefore we didn't have to book early in advance! The hotel also a burger bar, pita corner, mezze and Crepe bar (and pizza on the beach) which you don't have to book. The staff in all these places make it so much better! George in the Mezze place was the most friendly (Not that any of them were not friendly) As we extended the hotel offered us a room with a private pool.. which was wonderful, as you a guaranteed a sun lounger (however it was end of season so plenty) and a quiet pool. The pool itself did need a little work doing to it, a few loose tiles and the steps were a little loose but nothing to complain about as doesn't affect it! The drinks are great, branded and a very decent size, the outdoor bar has table service and staff there are also great and live entertainment most nights. Short journey into rhodes, which is €2.40 per person and the bus stop is outside the next hotel so nice and close. Falaraki is within walking distance (30 mins eachway) or a bus journey down the long road! I could go on, but I feel I'll bore everyone .. if you are looking at this place .. just Go! It's perfect!

I had a lovely holiday at Mitsis Alila in June , I went for 2 weeks ! Lovely staff , great pizza oven on the beach !!!☺️ I lost court with the amount I ate ❤️ one thing that could be better is to have some some for teenagers to do. Overall it was a good holiday ☺️☺️

We chose this hotel depending on the high score at this platform and after all, we are fully satisfied. From the first moment until the checkout everything was just perfect! Τhe receptionist was polite and the quality of food in all of the restaurants was very high. I have to recommend this facility to my friends.

Well once again we were not disappointed. The level of service that we have come to expect from this company has not let us down. Everybody was happy to serve and to please. The banter and level of service is great. We joined the mitsis FAMILY club some 4 years ago and not once have we regretted it. We will be back when time allows and we look forward to trying the other hotels in the group. Thank you to your wonderful staff for a a very happy holiday. KEITH and Julie Oliver room 808

This was the best vacation we had!Me and my girlfriend spent a week at Mitsis Alila and we are still thinking of these days! The staff is extremely polite and willing to assist you any time! There are 8 a la cartel restaurants that can cover and the tastes! You should visit this place! We come back next year!!!

We stayed here for 10 days the end of September /beginning of October. This hotel is absolutely spectacular. The decor is stunning. We arrived late at night and were greeted with warm towels and a glass of bubbly. We had upgraded to a room with a swim up pool and boy are we glad we paid the extra. It was just amazing. The staff all work so so hard and always have a smile for you. They are an absolute credit to the hotel. One night there was an issue with a very drunk guest at the night bar who was harassing women, luckily there was a couple of the hotel managers there that night and we brought this to their attention. They dealt with this very quickly and efficiently which was good to see. The managers were around a few times during our stay and it’s good to see them talking to guests. We booked a boat trip via our rep to Lindos which was really worth it, it’s a long day out and at least 6 hours on the boat there and back with about 3 hours in Lindos. Our room was gorgeous and would highly recommend paying that bit extra for a room with private pool. We never went in the main pool. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was 2 single beds pushed together. Another annoying thing is the continuous sound of scraping chairs, our room was on the lower ground so when you were in your room this is all you can hear, can get quite grating after a while. Our room had a mini bar which was filled every day, however the hotel one day had run out of white wine for the mini bar, I didn’t like their rose wine. We rang up to reception to mention this and was told that yes we could have a bottle sent to our room but we would have to pay for it?!! Really? We are in an all inclusive hotel and have paid a lot of money so why should we have to pay for a bottle of wine! This was sorted out eventually but we had to really dig our heels in. The food was just amazing, there was a booking system where you can book in advance and you got a ticket. One night we got the time of the booking wrong and was an hour late, this was no problem though and we was swiftly given a table in the Asian restaurant. The staff really go out of their way for you, Evie (sorry if this is wrong) lady with blonde hair and glasses, was just amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. The pitta corner was gorgeous, the Asian, wow! The creperie , oh my, gorgeous. The young ladies at the champagne and wine bar were wonderful, so pleasant and polite , again all work so hard. There is a bus stop near the hotel, one way to Faliraki and the other way to Rhodes town, which we absolutely loved. Didn’t think much of Faliraki however. There is not much near the hotel however, but when you’re stopping in such a beautiful hotel you don’t want to leave! All in all we had the most amazing holiday in an amazing hotel which was just stunning. I would highly recommended this to anyone. I wanted to go back next year but we have booked Mitsis Blue Domes Resort and Spa in Kos, so it has a lot to live up to !!!!
