A week long stay late season. The hotel is lovely with very nice rooms, ours with a sea view where we could watch the dawn. There is loads to do, extremely clean and the surroundings are quite beautiful. The food was superb, the staff were really terrific, clearly very proud of their hotel and genuinely friendly, as is the Greek way, a real joy to be around. We loved the various bar's and outside restaurants and the cocktails in the main bar were great. I thought the drinks were reasonably priced for a hotel of this quality, and they are still cheaper than my local in Surrey. The beach and pools are real highlights, and it made it a difficult choice each day. Unfortunately we had to leave as the hotel was closing for the off season, I guess there is always next year.
We had a week at the end of September.. Hotel and Staff are amazing and the chef was incredibly helpful with my food intolerence.. The evening bar staff, especially Stamatis Kantinos and Angel Kerin who were so attentive with myself and my elder Father, and without their warmth we would have been lost as there sadly was a lack of smiles or politeness from the other guests.. We did have a game of 'spot the smiler..!! Overall a pleasant and relaxing stay with great facilities.. Evening entertainment was not really up to scratch for a 5* hotel and repetitive.. You need some new talent to keep your guests entertained and involved for future reference. Thank you Stamis and Angel and hope to see you both next year..
Just returned from our 5th consecutive visit to this hotel.again not disappointed. All areas of the hotel are cleaned to a very high standard.the rooms are very spacious and of a high standard.the superior delux sea views are just beautiful and fitted out to a high standard. All the staff at the hotel are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food choice is exelent and of very good quality kitchen staff go to great lengths to present every item of food immaculately.and the waitresses do a marvellous job looking after you. The swiming pool is very well maintained and cleaned every morning.the beach area accommodates plenty of Sun beds and umbrellas all Sun beds have a mattress adding to the comfort the sea is warm and safe for swimming this is a blue flag beach. Swim shoes are a good idea because of the pebbles and shingle on the beach but this does not spoil its beauty. I can speak highly of this hotel having stayed in hotels around the world this hotel rates as one of my best and shall once again be returning in 2019.We are not boring but this hotel ticks all our boxes.
On arrival at the hotel reception desk, we were greeted by the receptionist who was most helpful and very polite, and arranged for the bellboy to take our suitcases to our room, who was also very polite too. We had a deluxe superior room, with full sea view. The food was excellent, with so much variety of dishes available for all to eat. New toilets and changing facilities are available on the beach, which made a vast difference. The waitress, Maria in the dining room as always was excellent, but we always asked for Maria through personal choice. We would like to express our sincere thanks to Sebastian, who worked so well and hard, and most helpful at all times whilst he worked on the reception desk, and deserves a big thank you! Staff and waiters at the Beach Bar and the Myphos Bar all gave an excellent service. We found Filimonas to be polite and helpful with a good sense of humour. We also, we would like to thank Stephanie and Babis for their hospitality, and customer service throughout our 2 week duration.
Althought October is considered an Autumn month, Summer was still there. The place was very well-located. The hotel itself keeps a neo-classical rythm, with beautiful marbles and granites reminding luxury hotels in Las Vegas. The personnel was very polite and there was a variety of activities suitable for famillies. The music around all areas was excellent. Overall, the pricing for that offered could be said friendly ;) well done!
This is a big hotel but their attention to detail in the maintenance of the rooms, grounds lobby etc is fabulous. The food is incredible and the variety is unmatched in any previous hotels we have visited. The staff are friendly at all times and they are proud of their hotel. We spent 11 nights there and were very sad to leave. This is very much a hotel holiday as Rhodes is not a particularly attractive island so if you want to relax in the sun in luxury this is definitely the place for you.
Hotel rooms spacious & clean. Lots of sunbeds & never had a problem finding empty beds at any time of the day. Buffet food excellent with good variety. Staff all very friendly & helpful, Filimonas was especially good fun with a lovely sense of humour. The only downside was the beach which was very pebbly & steep. All in all a great holiday.
Amazing place .... I stayed for a business trip for 2 days and when I left it felt like I was on vacation for a week.. relaxing scenery (could not leave the beach), great food and coctails , very prompt service , spacious room. Don't miss it ...
I spent 3 nights with my 20-year-old stepdaughter and goddaughter, and despite our different age and holiday needs, we all had an amazing time to remember! The staff went out of their way to help us, the resort was very beautiful and well maintained, and the food was of high quality throughout our stay. All three of us felt so well looked after we would love to go back again in future. A big thank you to Rodos Palladium for making this short holiday so memorable!
Having arrived on Wednesday -12th I have had to make 9 calls to my travel company in order to make any kind of contact with my representative, the prices are extortionate- I live in London and pay less than a quarter of the prices charged here for a drink etc. I would be embarrassed to be Greek as they seem intent on ripping off visitors on every turn. Having spent 4/5 holidays here 17 years ago ( in Lesbos) I am so disappointed and will never return as paying minimum of 10 euros for a cab anywhere and for a tiny bottle of wine -2 glasses= 19 euros !!!! You could buy atleast 2 full bottles in London for that, sorry it’s nice but no way is it paradise and forget me ever coming back when I can go to many many other beautiful destinations and have a better time for a much more reasonable cost-SHAME SHAME ON RHODES
