I lost count of the number of visits we were fortunate enough to make to this wonderful little piece of perfection nestled close to the beach in Ixia in 2018.It is close enough to the harbour and central for all places of historical interest that you would wish to see. However if it is by the pool, with absolutely amazing service with a smile, the Atrium Platinum is the place to be.The choice of restaurants is excellent in beautiful surroundings and gorgeous views of the sun setting over Turkey, stunning .All of the staff employed in this this wonderful hotel are just incredible professional lovely people who strive to make each and every guests stay the holiday of a lifetime.I kid you not. The rooms, I think there are not many of the varied choices that we have not tried, immaculate well serviced rooms .As we leave each time I count the days until we return. As the hotel prepares to open for season 2019, may I say to the Atrium , thank you for the many memories , and cannot wait to join you all again at this wonderful hotel of beautiful people .Than you

The staff make the holiday, and every member of staff did everything they could , to make sure our stay was great. It helped that the hotel is beautifully decorated and equipped. I hope that you, dear reader, choose this hotel and enjoy your holiday as much as we did.

We stayed for a week at the end of September and had a lovely stay. The staff are really friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. Our room was really spacious and quiet with a lovely balcony and sea view which gave us some glorious sunsets. The dining room had great views and the food was very good, all the staff worked very hard and were always very professional. The pool area is spacious and there were always sunbeds available, it impressed us that sunbeds could not be reserved and this was monitored. Its a shame there are not more areas to sit outside to enjoy a drink, particularly by the bar/reception area (where the best views are) in the evening. We were not impressed by the evening entertainment and felt it lacked anywhere to sit and relax and enjoy the warm evenings. During very heavy rain we did try the Italian restaurant by the pool which we enjoyed for lunch for a couple of hours. Rhodes town is only a short taxi ride away and there is a taxi rank just a few yards from the hotel. Our trip there was very enjoyable until it rained so hard we had to wait over an hour for the deluge to allow us to walk back to the taxi rank! The beach was not great but that didn't bother us as the pool area was so large. We did walk along the seafront a few times and found a pleasant bar one evening but there was not a lot at that end of Ixia. Overall a very relaxing trip and a great stay at a lovely hotel.

Right from the start at check in our holiday was absolutely fabulous. 5 star accommodation, delicious food in a variety of restaurants, and wonderful surroundings including amazing outdoor pools, but what made it for my family was the staff - nothing was ever too much trouble. The staff were friendly and caring and they went that extra mile to make our holiday the best we have ever had. Thank you so much.

We stayed here in early October and the staff made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. They really go out of their way to help and make your stay as nice as possible. The entire hotel is spotless. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. 5 stars

I've had a wonderful week here at the Atrium Platinum with my family. This is the third time we have been here, and do plan to return again next year. The hotel is very clean and spacious, with very comfortable rooms. The hotel's facilities are excellent and the weather is fantastic. Even warmer than the weather is the atmosphere in the hotel. The staff, at all levels from front line staff at reception, management, restaurant and bar workers, cleaners etc that I interacted with were all very helpful and professional. The staff here are genuine people who are sincere in wanting you to have a wonderful holiday and will do whatever they can to make this happen. Many thanks to you all, it was lovely seeing you all again. My very special thanks to Julia, Mary and of course Nadia for being so wonderful to us, and in doing so helping us to cope with what has been for our family these past two years a very difficult time into a positive and memorable time. This hotel is fully deserving of the rave reviews they receive. The staff are absolutely first class. In particular Nadia and Julia the Customer Relations Team are excellent, eager to resolve even the slightest problem and to make your holiday experience what you hoped for. Even though we went during the last week prior to closing for the season all services were fully operational and well staffed. The restaurants were also excellent, with wide choices and tasty food. The swimming pools were too cold for us but looked great and were very well maintained. Unfortunately much of the rest of Ixia was already wound down for the winter. However a short bus or taxi ride to Rhodes town left plenty to see and do. All in all a lovely hotel that we can thoroughly recommend.

The Atrium Platinum is an outstanding hotel a short taxi ride away from Rhodes Town. The hotel’s facilities are excellent. It is a modern hotel and as a consequences its design and construction make it a superb place to stay. Staff are ultra professional, friendly and helpful. You are looked after from the moment you rise to the time you are wished goodnight by their delightful staff. The pool area is wonderfully spacious. Our room was a delight. We were upgraded to a family suite with our own pool. Room facilities are top class. Sleep quality is good. The hotel’s restaurants are excellent, particularly the Greek fine dining restaurant. There are a number of decent restaurants a walk away should you fancy a night away from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

I can't speak too highly about Atrium Platinum. At every level the experience is outstanding, the facilities, location and atmosphere are focused on ensuring their guests have an excellent time. There are many 5* hotels in the world, Atrium Platinum is not only 5* but it exceeds others in the quality of their staff which are by far the most professional, genuinely friendly and welcoming people. The hotel staff at every level from management, bell hops, cleaners, etc can't do enough for you. The restaurant staff(too many to name) feed you such amazingly delicious food( I need to learn how to make melekouni!) and make such a great effort to ensure you are happy(Theodora made our family so many omlettes). Atrium has been the perfect place for my family to get away to for a much needed break. Many thanks to Mary, Nadia, Julia, Dimitrius, Sevi, Esmir, Vasalis, Savvas, Manolis, Litsa, Fotis, Joanna, Racho, Mikalis(thanks for all the delicious food) and so many more who made the stay so enjoyable. ευχαριστώ

We were looking for a low season quiet get away with full board. Knowing that most resorts were closing when we were looking the Atrium caught our eye. The reviews were glowing, and from all searches this was the right choice. In the end of October weather can be spotty. We arrived just after a day of rain and wind. We were upgraded to a shared pool room. In the summer it would have been great. Unfortunately being at pool level and not in sun it was cold. They don't have heat in any rooms. They sent a space heater which worked, and said if it we still wanted to we could change rooms. We were offered a room on the 6th floor which is in sun from morning til sunset. The rooms are huge, well appointed. The beds were the best we've seen in any hotel anywhere. Towels changed twice a day if needed. Hallways and common areas spotless clean. Pools are the speciality of this hotel. Excellent layout, maintained to the T. Although it was a little cold for us, but that is what we expected! You can swim in the sea a very short walk off premise. A Russian lady did that everyday, the water was still warmer than the pool! Restaurants. The main restaurant was open at lunch for the first few days, and always open for diner, and breakfast. More than enough waiters/waitresses as it was end of season. Food was good, with varied themes. On the upper level of all included packages, but not what I would call fine dining. What we liked best; room with sun, incredible view, the pools, the quality of service everywhere. Things to be improved: in the rooms serious lack of electric plugs. Cleanliness of utensils in buffet area, maybe a nice touch real flowers like a bougainvillier on each table in the restaurant. The plastic flowers are really cheap. PS. The spa was good, fun, excellent gym equipment.
