We spent 6 nights May16-21 and had a really enjoyable time.Very friendly staff helping the owner Nick. They all make you feel like part of a family.Hotel was able to get rental car delivered right to us also. Nice breakfast each morning and evening meal was always delicious and plenty of food. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Only negative was the small showers but generally showers are smaller in Europe anyways. Near airport flight path but you quickly get used to the planes taking off or landing. We are planning a return next June for 14 days since we had such a great time. Steve & Patty
A small family run Hotel, it has good sized rooms and a large open area for dining, offering bed and breakfast bookings, there is a lunch menu that can be ordered from the bar. There can be numerous excursions booked through reception. The evening meal has three choices that is to be ordered at breakfast. The food is of excellent quality, with breakfast being both cooked and cold options available. The staff are very friendly and welcoming It has a a good sized pool, surrounded by numerous sun loungers. The venue is not over looked by the nearest neighbours and the front is screened from the road, thus privacy is assured. I really enjoyed my stay at this venue and I would definitely recommend having a holiday,
We visited with friends for 9 nights at the start of May, we all had a great time and loved the fresh food cooked every day and the cocktails in the afternoon by the pool. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Cant wait to go again.
We had the time of our life, the hotel is quiet comfortable clean the staff is polite ready to serve you in any time . The owners friendly like a family so caring .. long to come again .. it worth while ..
A small naturist (behind a door with code) hotel near the airport of Rhodes. This is both an advantage and a disadvantage, but already after 2 days we were used to the noise. 30 rooms, small swimming pool with enough chairs and umbrellas and a jacuzzi, both fairly cold (20 ~ 21 gr) water during our stay in May 2019. Friendly staff who always want to help you, owner Nick, help Eleni and Dana and a friendly cleaning lady. Nick's wife Elena does the massages. Clean rooms, small shower with shower curtain. Hot water only from 7:30 in the morning. We had reserved for bed and breakfast (2 weeks), but because of pre-season we got dinner there for free that month. Choice of 2 to 3 dishes, to be chosen before 10 a.m., due to fresh ingredients. Highly recommended for a holiday that is not too long. Nick brought us to the airport (for a small fee). Total: therefor an 8-.
Here you can bee naked almost all time. Not only when you eat. Some off staff walk also naked. We talk with the other visitor. You need car to drive to beach but you can find cheap car rental. €210 for one week
I visited this hotel before ten days.it is located very near to the sea.the owners and the staff were very friendly. The food was fantastic.I am sure that the next year I will visit it again!!!the hotel was very clean and the rooms too.Every Wednesday and Saturday had live music nights.
My wife and I visited the resort on Sept. 8th to the 13th. The staff was very good to us especially George, they made sure we were looked after and tended to all our needs. The owner and his wife were wonderful, they mingled with the guests and made us feel at home. The atmosphere was amazing and very friendly, guests feel at ease throughout the whole resort. The resort itself is very clean and nicely maintained, they are an environmentally friendly resort but didn't scrimp on service. The food was great, with a very nice verity and they accommidated guests to make sure they were fed to their liking. The portions never left you hungary, I highly recommend Angels Resort and am looking forward to day my wife and I can return.
We stayed here for a week in September and had a lovely time. As per previous reviews there is some noise issues from planes or the road but this did not disturb us too much. Ask for a sea view to reduce some noise if you feel this may irritate you. The staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and were comfortable. The pool area is lovely with nice gardens and we got a sun bed every day without issue. We didn’t eat there often as we like to go out but the food we had was nice.
we had stayed at this hotel for a few days in 2017 and enjoyed it so much that we returned early July with friends. The hotel is on the flight path, but you soon get used to the aircraft flying past. The hotel is small but in fairly good condition considering Nic the owner pretty much maintains the place himself. The pool is the main attraction as the water is fed from a bore and little in the way of chemicals are used. Only thing to take into account is that sun cream is not allowed in the pool, so be careful not to burn. There is a jacuzzi, the water being cool, but brave it and you will soon appreciate the temperature. There are a few other things to do, a large chess set, a table tennis table, lawn boules an a pool table. There is plenty of shade available if you need it and a nice lounge area to relax in. If sitting inside then a towel or other covering is required. Most guests when at the pool, wandered back and forth to their rooms or the washrooms au natural without hesitation. Food wise, you should be able to find something to eat both at breakfast and dinner. If you wish to splash out a bit or if you have a special event to celebrate, Nic can arrange something special. We had a rather tasty fish meal one evening and lobster another. Ensure you are hungry if you ask Nic to arrange something. The chef works hard and is pretty good at what he does. While on the matter of staff, they all work extremely hard and are very friendly. Guests come from all over the place and it can take a while to get chatting, but a jolly hello usually starts things off nicely. When we were there, a number of Italians were staying along with some east europeans an American couple and a few Brits. After the live entertainment one evening, performed by a very talented lady, had concluded, an impromptu pool party took place, mainly instigated by the Italians. Elen, Nic's wife is very pleasant and can offer a massage service out in the garden if required. Should you wish to go into Rhodes town, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the bus runs to the main terminus in Rhodes which is just outside the old fish market and just over the road to one of the entrances for the old town. The local beach is stone and you will need to pick your spot if you wish to swim nude as there is a very busy kitesurfing school just down the beach. Best bet is to go over to Tsambika where there is sand and an area set aside for naked bathing. Nic runs a minibus service there if you have not hired a car. The official beach Montomata is mainly stone and no where near as good as Tsambika. Go to the Naturist Angel with an open mind and enjoy yourself. Almost forgot, children are not normally accepted at this hotel but if you do have a youngster or two, contact the hotel and ask whether they will allow them or not, Nic will consider your request and let you know.
