It was a nice, clean place. Good breakfast, for an economical price. Nice pool-game room area.

Everything about our stay was great! They assisted with calling us a cab, they were really friendly, and I thought everything was going to be wonderful. Until it was time to take a shower in the morning. The first attempt yielded luke warm water at best. When trying about an hour later, it was even cooler. We even had the control on the hottest setting, all the way and nothing, even after letting it run a bit. It was a real disappointment.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds 2 weeks in advance. They gave us a filthy so called "suite" with a kitchen, one bed, and a dirty twin size pullout bed. Air conditioner did not work in bedroom. Only one side of the drapes in the bedroom worked. Dust on louvered closet door and the whole room had a musty smell. Even though they did not charge extra for the "suite", this is not what I reserved. It kind of ruined our weekend. We certainly did not need a kitchen.

The hotel staff was very nice however the accommodations are old and the walls are very thin we only ended up getting couple hours asleep.

Clean room, reasonable cost given the timing of back to school, decent amenities (nice hot tub), great customer service - I'll be back but I'll bring my own pillow!

Very pleasant experience. we had a great time the rooms where clean. the breakfast was good. The staff was very pleasing and accommodating.

Every year, my husband and I book a room at a hotel in Rhinelander. Normally, we stay at America's Best Value Inn. This year we wanted something in town closer to the event we were attending, so we chose to book at Days Inn. The first issue was parking. Snowmobile races were in Eagle River, but people were booked at this hotel. There was no where to park, since people had their trailers hooked up to their trucks and were taking up multiple spots. Also they had a holiday party going on and people were also parked in the hotel parking lot. We were told that as sokn as the party was done, the parking lot would clear out. She said they had overflow parking across the street in a parking lot of an abandoned building, which was also full because more trucks with trailers were parked there. We left for our event after checking out our room thinking things will, clear out later as we were told. We came back around 3am, and there was still no where to park. When we went in our room, the room looked clean, until we went into the bathroom. There was black hair all over our wash clothes and towels and on the floor and in the tub. It was disgusting. The lady at the front desk said they were booked solid when we checked in, so we didnt bother asking for a new room. Needless to say, I may never book at that hotel again. J was not impressed

Nice place, good food, easy to find, comfortable room.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It could probably use an upgrade here and there. AC didn't work the night i stayed. However, I did inquire about it and was offered a different room next door. Also, i travel with my pet. It's a pet friendly hotel. Just $10.00 per stay. Better than most. Restaurant offers good food along with a decent bar. Overall, it's a quiet decent place to stay for travellers.

Excellent service by the staff and the room accomodations are spacious.

Very fun. Very accomodating staff! Great location.

We had a great time. Hotel was easy to find. Very helpful, friendly staff. Would recommend and go back!

Great location, adequate provisions, comfortable beds, and clean. It could use some updating but all-in-all a good deal for the price.

this hotel has a great central location, is quite clean, and the beds are comfortable.

The room needs to be updated. When I was running the water in the tub I heard the next door neighbor flush their toilet. When they flushed my tub water turned rusty. I let the water out of the tub and black sediment was left on the bottom of the tub. Needless to say I didn't take a shower. When I checked out they did offer to take 50% off the room. The next day they called my office and said they are going to refund the entire amount [...]

It wasn't a BAD place to stay but as I only was staying one night. It was sort of run down and the price seemed too high for what I got out of it. I had a business meeting in town and just needed a place to sleep. I could have gotten the same environment for less money someplace else in the area (I suspect). If I was staying a week on vacation it might be a better deal as it seemed more geared for a longer term guest who had time to 'use' the extras.

Dear Valued Guest, I am sorry to hear about the hot water issue. We did not have any scheduled maintenance that day so it was a surprise to us as well.. We are working hard to update a lot of aspects of our property so hopefully that will not happen again. Thank you for staying with us and I hope to see you again. Safe travels, Jenn- Guest Relations
