THE ROOM WAS BRIGHT AND CLEAN. IT HAD A NICE SIZE FLATSCREEN. LAST BUT NOT LEAST,IT HAD A GOOD MATTRESS .

Room was somewhat dirty. Bed had stains on bed spread as if not washed. The AC unit was very noisy.

Walls dirty, room floor needed to be mopped. Rugs were dirty. The outside of the hotel had trash everywhere. You could give me a year of free rooms there and I wouldn't stay there. It has to be the owners who are not keeping it up.

Mine was an emergency family trip that needed to be done on a budget. Red Roof met all my expectations. It is not a luxury hotel, it's budget and fulfilled my needs.

The had a weird smell and it was dirty had a few bugs in it and towel were discolored and cheap

As of Sept. 24, 2014, there is significant road construction that makes entering and exiting the property difficult (can't blame the hotel!). The room itself was good, except for: 1. The temperature was hard to regulate. I would have liked to have gotten the room cooler, but it was cool enough. 2. On the first morning of my 2-day stay I told the front desk that the TV remote didn't work. It was never fixed or addressed. Other than those minor issues, it was a good place and I will likely stay there the next time I have to be in the area.

Room was terrible. Stains all over sheets, walls and carpeting. Severely needs paint and updates. Would never stay there again

Good location. Very clean. Easy access to freeway.

WAS SUPPOSE TO GET A KING BED WITH FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE. I GOT A 2 DOUBLE BED ROOM WITH NO FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE. NOT A VERY SAFE LOCATION. ROOM WAS DIRTY AND SMELLED BAD.

no good charged extra for amenities room service is ok

No complaints, enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly

For a major chain I expected more there were no amenities and the staff was distant and un attached. I had better stays at small, "mom and pop" moter inns. It really needs to improve guess services.

wasn't that impressed with this motel. across the street was a motel for $5 more a night with several more amenities. so i switched.

I have stayed at RRI's in the past, and they were always top notch. I was glad to see that this location still met that standard, in this tough economy. Room was as clean as expected, heating worked great, and all rooms are at street level, so you can park right outside your door. Location has good things to offer with nearfby walking distance food and shopping at JC Penney outlet center and Andersons General store.

Not a place to spend time "in the room" or with kids but the bed was comfortable. Convenient to food/shopping on the east end of Columbus. Better than camping.

I had never been to a Red Rood Inn before. It's quite scary. I didn't feel safe, and I wished I had gone somewhere else. Not worth the deal!

Service was friendly and check in and check out was efficient and quick! There were a lot of places neat the hotel and we got a late check out at 1 pm for no extra fee!

Was a very clean room. Had everything we needed for a quiet weekend away. Staff was attentive to our needs, but not bothersome. Very quiet. Close for restaurants and shopping. My only complaint was slow wifi.

A blow dryer for my hair

We stayed in Reynoldsburg during our trip to Ohio for the Ohio State vs. Michigan game. It wasn't very close to the stadium but the drive was not too bad to get to Campus. [...] It was fine for the needs of two adults traveling without children,i.e- bed and shower, but there were no frills at this hotel. I thought that there would be shampoo and conditioner provided in the room, and hoping there would be a hair dryer since I did not bring any with me due to plane restrictions. There was a little plastic pouch of shampoo and soap. The T.V. did not work that well. There were inserts talking about three different HBO channels, but there were only two and the sound didn't work on one of them. I have no idea what was wrong with it. They were going green, so the linens were not changed everyday, but it was fine. The area around the hotel looked a little scary at first, but we didn't have any problems while we were there. There are no frills at all, no breakfast, no toiletries, no conditioner, no extra towels, but it met our needs since we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. I would never stay here with my child ever though.
