Check in,was bit slow, was thinking Clerk was new to the job. Also also did not make me feel welcome like they weren't happy to see me. also I had to use a walker and ask for handicap room and unfortunately it was on the 4th floor. All handicap rooms should be on the first floor because of the power ...

It’s a stretch to say this is at Logan. Elevators weren’t working properly most of our stay. No night lights at bed. Not enough light in room. A/c could not be left on continuous fan mode so there was no constant white noise to drown out traffic noise outside. SAFE was locked closed, could not be ...

I originally booked a petite room, however the very professional, friendly front desk staff generously upgraded me to a ...
Well it was cold one to remember. We came to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary in boston. And partake in all the activities. Mother nature had other plans with a -12 wind chill. The hotel staff were great telling us all the happenings going on at the hotel, which saved our day. We had an awsome ...

Great Hotel / Great Brand Intercontinental. All the basic comforts plus great indoor pool - steam and awesome gym. It’s downtown so you have lots of traffic noise - horns and police/fire. Great location to abd from Airport. Highly recommend.
The Liberty Hotel is located downtown and is a short walk to nice shops on Charles Street. On check in we were greeted with complimentary champagne. Our room was well appointed and pretty spacious for a city hotel. We were too tired to go out after a long day, but they had a DJ in the lobby playing music. It seemed like their bars were lively spots as well. Would definitely stay here again!
We went to Boston and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was in a perfect location. The local restaurants were delicious. The staff went above and beyond. The bar and restaurants in the hotel were also a delight. Looking forward to going back !
We thought we would be very close to Logan for a 5:00 am flight. The staff did say they would book a taxi for 3:30 am but it didn't arrive until 3:45 am which was nerve wracking especially when it took more than 20 minutes to get to the airport. Also, the room warmth was nice with the ability to control the thermostat but it was very dry and we could do nothing with our hair in the morning. It definitely needs humidity control for the winter months.
