Great service!

The room was very clean, comfortable and the shower was amazing!

Abysmally bad from beginning to end: Small and slow shuttle van, no elevator (so suitcases were banging on the stairs at all hours), error at check-in meant I had to leave my big suitcase in the hall while going back to get a key that worked (I was given the wrong room #), terrible mattress and pillows, dirty carpet, incredibly noisy (hotel next to busy freeway), checkout problems because they had me in the wrong room, clerk yelled at me and the rest of the group waiting for the shuttle departure (after warning us it would be full of people from the parking lot, so a bunch of people booked Ubers out of fear and then the shuttle showed up empty with room for everyone.) Shuttle driver pulled away from curb with back doors still open and my suitcase nearly flew out. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone!

The receptionist was very friendly. There was no dining facilities and the neighborhood the hotel was located in was extremely run down, noisy, and dirty. The printer associated with the computer available for guests to use to print off airline boarding passes, was only available once a new person came on duty at 11:00 P.M.

I liked the new person that did check in. I didn't like the O2 machine in my room that I was told I could not turn off. It was very noisy

The stay was good for the price paid. The card key for my room did not work for first two days of my stay. I had to go to receptionist every time I had to go out and get back into my room. Third day they moved me into another room. The worst thing is that one of the receptionist did not care about the card access not working. Didn’t say sorry or anything like nothing bad is happened.

Blinds we’re broken no complementary coffee just bed and tv. In rundown neighborhood.

They advertise free airport shuttle. It took me 2 hrs to get from BOS to the hotel with their shuttle. There was a wet rag in the shower in my room when I checked in. Male clerk was friendly and helpful, female clerk was unhelpful and mean on the phone, Both of them had no clue when I would be picked up by shuttle and they gave me false estimations. I ended up frozen.

The shuttle driver was very rude and drove aggressively.

Friendly staff, clean, close to airport. I had to check-out at 4:am for a 6am flight and the receptionist was so friendly even that early in the morning.

Older motel with no restaurants nearby. 10-15 minutes from airport. Free shuttle. Our room was below ground level and musty and noisy. Expensive for what it is but probably that is Boston pricing.

The proximity of the hotel to the airport is grand. They offer free shuttle service to and from airport. Reasonable rates with Orbitz seals the deal.

Clean room. Shuttle to airport. Good restaurant near by. Noisy area, thin walls.
