Silver Legacy Resort Casino

Silver Legacy I’m located between Circus Circus and El Dorado. The room looks a little dated but it was clean. Very friendly staff. Will stay here again.

We went to the Italian Festival. This hotel is the perfect location.

We generally try to avoid Casino hotels, but Silver Legacy worked well because you can avoid the Casino scene almost entirely. Use the convenient self-park (free) and take the elevator to the lobby floor (above the main Casino) and then onwards and upwards to the guest rooms. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable with good linens. Nice little coffee shop near the lobby with friendly employees. I want to commend and thank the wonderful reservations agent (Linda) who so kindly went out of our way to help us extend our stay by 2 nights as were unable to return home due to Hurricane Irma. Not only was she kind and understanding, but she checked with her manager and called back to offer us an even lower Evacuation Rate. Great service. Thank you.

We stayed there for a conference. All staff were pleasant and very nice. The room was not bad, and had an iron, hair dryer, etc....but was not cleaned well before we went there. found a dirty old sock, and sandwich trash on the floor, the glasses were not exchanged for clean ones, no bag for the ice bucket, which was dirty....but bed was comfortable, location was fantastic and we could do the casino and restaurants without even stepping out side. Unique and historic, just wish the housekeeping was better. We did complain and the management addressed our issue. Appreciated the airport shuttle transportation.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Connected by walkway to 2 other casinos. Pool is outside so little disappointed. Thought room would be a little fancier, since lobby magnificent. Bellman extremely helpful in planning excursions

I was looking forward to the stay, the lobby was nice and staff were friendly but the room was a bit of a disappointment probably last redone in the 1990's

The worst thing about these casino hotels is getting stuck with unexpected charges. The Silver Legacy advertises $60/night rooms, but it ends up being closer to $100 after paying the "resort charge" and other fees. Orbitz should not allow this kind of bait-and-switch promotion.

The facility is nice, despite the indifferent front desk staff. Like all casinos, Silver Legacy has a confusing set up. The best part was the excellent Vietnamese and Mexican restaurants across the street.

Room was great and spacious and entire stay was wonderful.

everything you need under one roof. shows, comedy, circus acts. very comfortable atmosphere. very good restaurants. great steakhouse for special occasions. good odds on video games.

The people next door sounded like they were rearranging furniture all night long. I got no sleep. A disgusting ash tray on the non smoking floor) was knocked over and what looked like months of ashes were on the floor. The maid basically said it wasn't her problem.

I've been staying at the Silver Legacy at least once a year for the last 5 years and I am sad to say this last trip will be my last. When I arrived to my room, there was hair in the tub and an the shower walls. I'm not talking about a strand here or there, but rather entire gobs of it. Went to the front desk and asked to have housekeeping up. Then went on my way to enjoy my evening. Almost 5 hours later, back in my room - hair still there. Called down again to have it cleaned. Finally someone came up. Of course there was nothing they could do about the mold in the shower, but at least the hair was gone. The overall state of the rooms at Silver Legacy have declined so much in the last year or two that it has made such that I won't be staying there again. I know the El Dorado bought Circus Circus and Silver Legacy, but this is a bit ridiculous. I heard this trip that Circus Circus has gotten most of the renovation and upkeep budget, so maybe I'll try there next time.

This was a fun stay. The hotel and casino was nice lots to do and eat. We had the most amazing views of the mountains which was nice.

Rooms are old. Carpet was moist. Not what we were expecting

The room did not have a refrigerator, microwave, nor an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Decorative pillows had stains. Sheets very old and thin.

It was alright the front desk was ok the room stink like cigarretes i had got a not smoking room but casino is good

enjoyed playing the slots, spent little time in the room, location was great, was unhappy that the buffet was closed until the day we left. Did not care for the buffet at the sister El Dorado Casino Hotel as the selection was limited and the meats were tough. After two evening meals I went to another casino.

This was great having three hotels connected and that many more restaurants to choose from. We chose the buffet named Flavors and it was just a typical buffet and certainly not worth $30 a plate. There is only one guy busing tables in a huge section and one server for that same section. When we got to our room there was used soap still in The shower when is the queen bed's appear to have been left without changing the sheets from the previous guest. The carpets look like they hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in days. I expected much more considering the high price I paid for the room.

Its all about the casino's gambling, food, and attractions, 3 casino's tied together make for plenty of entertainment. Our hotel room was clean, spacious with a nice view. The room is showing its age and about due an upgrade in the bathroom, fixtures..etc. My only complaint is the attention to detail things: The coupon book given at checkin had some good deals in it, except every coupon in the book had already expired by over a month. Why give us that? I guess just something to hold the room keys in. The hotel directory and information book in the room had wrong or outdated information in it, I.E. the internet access information had totally changed from what was stated. Overall would come back, but maybe try one of the other casino hotels.

The front desk associate gave me a stinky smokers room when she clearly asked non smoking? Had to come back down after seeing the room to switch and was told non smoking wasn't available!
