Lots of smoke, we get it, it’s a casino but the whole hotels needs a good cleanup
Asked for morning wakeup call and got someone from out of country (?) who needed 20 questions answered before setting the computer for 7 AM. Decided to rely on my own alarm clock and hung up after question # 4.
Love coming here. The rack rate is reasonable and the property is nice. I’m glad they do shows here. They should do more!
Nice rooms, good food, horrible gambling
Tv did not work upon arrival. I called 3 times in the first 3 hours I was there and was always told the same thing that they would create a work order. I was told someone would be by and no one ever came. I then went out for the night hoping someone would come by and fix the issue. Sure enough when I got back to the room issue had not been resolved. Again I called just to be told again that they would create a work order. I never had anyone reach out and follow up with issue. Other than the horrible help I received with that issue the place was fine. Just hope that everything works when you arrive because nobody’s coming to help if it’s not. I guess next time I would just ask to be moved to a different room.

The Reno area seems extremely unsafe. Not a fan of the area. Lots of homeless roaming the casino and the staff made no effort to move them along.

Resort fee is ridiculous! We could hear the elevators running from our room. That was very annoying.

Booked a deluxe King size bed room. Non smoking. Was checked into a double bed on a smoking floor. A/C didn’t work. Was blowing hot air. When I called down to say this wasn’t the room we pre booked and pre paid for, I was told they had NO king size beds. Call back tomorrow and they will see if they have any available!!??! My husband went down to front desk and they found a Deluxe King size bed room on a non smoking floor!!
