enjoyed playing the slots, spent little time in the room, location was great, was unhappy that the buffet was closed until the day we left. Did not care for the buffet at the sister El Dorado Casino Hotel as the selection was limited and the meats were tough. After two evening meals I went to another casino.

This was great having three hotels connected and that many more restaurants to choose from. We chose the buffet named Flavors and it was just a typical buffet and certainly not worth $30 a plate. There is only one guy busing tables in a huge section and one server for that same section. When we got to our room there was used soap still in The shower when is the queen bed's appear to have been left without changing the sheets from the previous guest. The carpets look like they hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in days. I expected much more considering the high price I paid for the room.

Its all about the casino's gambling, food, and attractions, 3 casino's tied together make for plenty of entertainment. Our hotel room was clean, spacious with a nice view. The room is showing its age and about due an upgrade in the bathroom, fixtures..etc. My only complaint is the attention to detail things: The coupon book given at checkin had some good deals in it, except every coupon in the book had already expired by over a month. Why give us that? I guess just something to hold the room keys in. The hotel directory and information book in the room had wrong or outdated information in it, I.E. the internet access information had totally changed from what was stated. Overall would come back, but maybe try one of the other casino hotels.

The front desk associate gave me a stinky smokers room when she clearly asked non smoking? Had to come back down after seeing the room to switch and was told non smoking wasn't available!

I came...I gambled...I lost...I had fun! I checked Orbitz for rooms in Reno, NV. Found what was called a King Supreme Non Smoking Room at the Silver Legacy for a decent price. There were several other categories of King Bed and Double Queen Bed rooms with different prices available. I get to the Silver Legacy, the desk person say they have my reservation and my Smoking King room is ready. I say, "No, I paid for a non smoking room." The Desk person, getting very snarky, says, "Well, we are all sold out of non-smoking rooms and there are only smoking available." I say I can't stay in a smoking room..period, and I said what was the point of me paying in advance on Orbitz for a certain category of room if it's not reserved? The desk person says, "Oh, you purchased on Expedia (same as Orbitz I guess) and those choices are just requests, not a reservation. You should have reserved with us directly to insure your room." All of this was said with a very patronizing tone, like how could I have used Orbitz, which actually gave me a better price, than if I have gone to their website? Finally he said there was a handicap accessible room, non-smoking, available. I begrudging took the room, there was no way for me to just walk away from a room for the night. The room was right next to the elevator, the bed was a full size bed, but it was non smoking, definitely not the King Supreme I thought I was getting. I asked another desk agent later that night and got the same snarky reception, with scripted answers.

It was a wonderful room and eat at the Roxy if you have the chance

The casino is not what it was once. Clutter everywhere.

The lobby, casino, and other features set an expectation the room can't live up to. The rooms need an update! Noisy, growling air conditioning that really didn't cool the room. Weird depressions in the floor that feel like it sank. Toilet that sounds like a space shuttle launch when you flush. Sink faucet that sprayed water. Lamp that didn't light. Musty, smoky smell in most of the property. Pool that is supposed to be open by May still not ready for the season. (Would have been perfect on the sunny 80 degree day I checked in, but no, it was being painted.) No bottled water in rooms, which every other casino hotel I've stayed at includes in the "resort fee." Overall, just disappointing. I have always stayed next door (at El Dorado). I chose Silver Legacy thinking it was an upgrade. WRONG! I won't be back.

It was nice. Room had TV and coffee maker issues. Pool was no available for my 11 year old and she had nowhere to go. The food was good and the people were great. We had a good time. P

Room was nice size with a great view of the mountains! Absolutely beautiful. Beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again! The staff was very accommodating, very helpful, and very pleasant.

Front desk staff needs to be better trained. one of our rooms wasn't made up when we checked in and were given the keys. Check in staff questioned us when went down to get a made up room. Did we go in the room? what was she thinking.

just too get away and too unwind do too working long hours and days

We were disappointed with our room & the $10.00 a night fridge didn't work. Hotel staff upgrade our room quickly and courteously also worked out the fridge malfunction. We enjoy our wonderful getaway, thank you Silver Legacy

Me and my hisband stayed at this hotel to celebrate our anniversary weekend. My husband had planned some surprises for me and the hotel staff did not fail to deliver. Everyone is nice and accomodating. They have really good restaurants on site. Spa is smaller than I thought, but I did have one of the best massage there.

Our first time staying at this hotel and is very nice and clean.

Close to the Big Sky Basketball tournament facility. Reasonable walking distance to good restaurants

Smelly, stinky rooms. Bath tub kept getting clogged. Siding on walls was tearing along with wall paper. Beds were uncomfortable as well as the small smelly pillows and stained sheets.

First, everything is way too expensive! It's cost $15 just to eat one meal. The maids start cleaning at 8am which wakes everyone up. My maid knocked on my door at 830 and then opened the door after 2 seconds! The dealers at the craps table are not very friendly and messed up a couple of times.
