I have stayed there bi-annaully for 16 years. This time the rooms were not clean, my toilet had not been scrubbed and e an had a ring around the bowl. Will not be returning.

Stayed 1 night on a work related Trip. Hotel was easy to locate. Parking was horrible, Parking Lot was way to small. Had to park out a ways and walk back lugging my Suitcase. Hotel exterior was older and a bit run down. Room was surprisingly very nice, bathroom needed an upgrade though. The Free Breakfast in the A.M. was good. I would stay there again, rooms were OK.

Disorganized check in. No cable tv. Loud room which had 2 connecting doors which let in more noise. Constant noises in hallway. Limited parking. Rooms often over packed

Hotel is real close to the interstate, which is a big plus. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Family member was inn ICU nearby so booked this room for my mother . She said it was smelly , dirty, hot water was off and on ,but staff was nice. Don't book here not worth it . Very sad experience made worse by choosing this hotel for my mom. Never again.

Hotel seems old. My room smelled like it had a dead rat somewhere in. Bathroom way to small.

Bad experience there some little animals in the bedroom

Looking for an economical to stay, we thought 3.1 out of 5 would be relatively ok. Parking lot was full, elevator was broken, common areas in poor condition and very dated, carpet in room stained, beds soft and saggy, major issues connecting to internet, a/c not keeping up at all, and crappy breakfast. Will not stay here ever again.

Oddly enough the scummy area, and people constantly hanging around outside in the parking lot was the least of my worries. The only way I can think to describe this place is to picture a hotel where no one gave a sh**. There was dirty laundry bags in the hall for our entire 2 day stay, the parking lot had beer bottle caps and random trash all over the place. There were dirty/moldy smells throughout (including my room), and the staff was... just not outwardly rude. When I checked in the guy handed me my room keys without telling me anything.. not where my room was located, where anything (including an elevator to the 4th floor) was. When I finally asked if he could point me in the general direction of my room he said "4th floor" I said "ok.. is there an elevator at least?" I wasn't expecting luxury, just mild safety, cleanliness, and staff who didnt treat me like an inconvenience to the job.

This hotel was not at all what was posted on line. It was dirty and seedy. I was informed the pool was closed, which was the primary reason I booked this hotel. Another family arrived and went to their room, only to discover someone had been in it before them, washed, went to the bathroom (not flushing), it was pretty creepy. An elderly couple also arrived and were told the elevator didn't work and their room was on the fourth floor. I tried to get in my room and couldn't. The experience of the family and someone being in their room were spooked me. Both the family and the elderly couple chose not to stay and were refunded their rooms. I also decided I could not stay at this hotel and booked another. That said, I am requesting a refund for my reservation. The hotel, to say the least, falsely represented itself with pictures. It did not live up to any expectations. I did buy the cancellation insurance when I booked, so I believe I am entitled to a refund for the hotel portion of the stay, as I had to find another hotel, as I actually feared for my safety at the Baymont, as did the other guests who left.

Very crowded, bad location, they gave is a smoking room very smelly (they changed is later on) and the room was in the 4th floor and the elevator was broken (we had a lot of luggage)

Cheaper than other hotels, need to improve elevator.

Climate control didn't work and I had to park my car down the street as lot was full.

Old property... Building needs major remodeling the hallways are narrow. TV was nice but the rest of the furniture is worn, bath tub was missing shower Matt. and the tub itself was rusty. . Staff was ok but they didn't have the room ready and made me wait. Oh well you get what you pay for I suppose.

At the price, my expectations were low. But this place was a pit. Run down. Staff that looked like they wanted to be anywhere else but there. Looked like they hadn't spent $5 maintaining the place in the last 5 years.

Checked in on a Friday night for a one night stay. Front desk was ok at check in, room was nice and then around 8pm the stay changed. The upstairs guests began partying. Jumping up and down on the floor, yelling, walking up and down the stairs talking loud, going outside (to smoke?) which happened to be right under my window. This went on for hours and hours. Finally I called the front desk around 11pm to complain and was told quiet time wasn't until MIDNIGHT!! Wow, ok. Waited till 12:15AM and called the front desk. The "midnight quiet time" the front desk had claimed existed must not have applied to the room above me, it went on till 5AM! I got no sleep whatsoever and the staff could have cared less. I filed a complaint with Wyndham and was supposed to get a call from the manager, no call, no nothing. I even filled out the comment card in the room, nothing. Horrible staff, horrible management, horrible stay, horrible experience. Do yourself a favor, book at a different place, this one is a dud.

Bathroom has strong urine odor and big stain in bathtub. Need some cleaning.

great hotel with comfy bed.

terrible experience
