Cheaper than other hotels, need to improve elevator.

Climate control didn't work and I had to park my car down the street as lot was full.

Old property... Building needs major remodeling the hallways are narrow. TV was nice but the rest of the furniture is worn, bath tub was missing shower Matt. and the tub itself was rusty. . Staff was ok but they didn't have the room ready and made me wait. Oh well you get what you pay for I suppose.

At the price, my expectations were low. But this place was a pit. Run down. Staff that looked like they wanted to be anywhere else but there. Looked like they hadn't spent $5 maintaining the place in the last 5 years.

Checked in on a Friday night for a one night stay. Front desk was ok at check in, room was nice and then around 8pm the stay changed. The upstairs guests began partying. Jumping up and down on the floor, yelling, walking up and down the stairs talking loud, going outside (to smoke?) which happened to be right under my window. This went on for hours and hours. Finally I called the front desk around 11pm to complain and was told quiet time wasn't until MIDNIGHT!! Wow, ok. Waited till 12:15AM and called the front desk. The "midnight quiet time" the front desk had claimed existed must not have applied to the room above me, it went on till 5AM! I got no sleep whatsoever and the staff could have cared less. I filed a complaint with Wyndham and was supposed to get a call from the manager, no call, no nothing. I even filled out the comment card in the room, nothing. Horrible staff, horrible management, horrible stay, horrible experience. Do yourself a favor, book at a different place, this one is a dud.

Bathroom has strong urine odor and big stain in bathtub. Need some cleaning.

Stayed 1 nite The neighbors were very noisy They did have hotel shuttle to airport

Dated, smelly and not-so-clean - especially common areas, hallways, etc. Room was just fine, big screen TV, but bath towels were missing when we arrived, also the bathroom has no windows and no ventilation system at all.

Very hard to get in and out of due to excessive street parking. Maintenance was below par. Ice machine was on third floor, soda machines were in bad shape. Hard to move in cramped bathroom. Priced accordingly.

I only gave them slightly over a 1 because of the size of the room and the mornong staff was barley sufficient. Although... carpets were filthy ...I took pics because it was so bad. ...shower curtin was ripping off. Broken pieces of wall not fixed...using a multi octopus ( not a waiver strip) outlet to have most of the electrical in the room plug into one place is dangerous. The bed was crap and my back hurt the next day..thought it was something I did until I sat on it and felt and heard broken springs. Ooo did I mention the over $650 of fraudulent charges they charged to our credit card for a 2 night stay costing around $108. The pool was locked the whole time and the spa was closed until further notice.... And the parking spaces are definitely not to code either. I can't believe WYNDHAM puts their name on this place. Sorry.. for whatever reason it won't let me load the pics. But I will be sending my complaint to Corp. Wyndham. Along with the photos.

The place was a bit run down and could have been cleaner. . saw blood stains on the bathroom door jam.

The outside of this hotel looks brand new and the lobby is very nice. As soon as you turn the corner to get to the elevator, it's as if you've stepped into a run down, abandoned motel. It's very unwelcoming and made me question my safety for the duration of my stay. However, once you actually get into your room, it's a reflection of the nice lobby you found yourself in upon check in. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. The bathroom is very big as well. Unfortunately there was hair on my sink which was gross but other than that the room was fine. I feel as if I overpaid far too much for this hotel. They need to renovate the hallways to make it feel safer.

They do not have enough parking on site for those staying there I have had to park in he street every time - no space on property. - I would recommend with a warning about the parking sitution.

We stayed there for our weekend ski trip at Mount Rose. Even though the free breakfast is very simple, it is very convenient and time saving. Room is clean as well

Hotel was packed absolutely fullwith kids from large school events. the room was supposed to have two beds instead they had to dig out a rollaway for usand took about an hour to find all in all the staff did what they could.

Poor customer service. The desk clerk didn't even greet us nor smile .

The hotel halls were dark, dirty and scary. The room was averag, but the pictures are definitely a lot better than the real thing.

It is getting run down. help was ok.great free breakfast shuttle to airport for free

Stains everywhere, a door a few rooms down had been kicked in and not repaired, a huge patch on the ceiling above the bed (great to stare at at night). The corridors do not feel very safe.

Had a great experience at this hotel, staff is very friendly. The hotel itself could use some TLC, vending machines did not work, rooms smelled/looked very old, carpet was full of stains, breakfast was mediocre. Overall, it's very budget friendly but wear slippers and bring food and drinks. Thank you Baymont inn & suites I would book again just for their price.
