Old man review: No micro wave, no refrigerator, radio alarm inoperative, "maids" ignored "Do Not Disturb sign" while I was out, chair meant to relax in, NOT a "sofa" type chair (bad for a bad back). Bottom sheet not tucked in. $200 plus/nite, apparently the norm in Reno, close to booked during my 6 nite stay. Partially my fault for not checking reviews. ALSO, another "motel" across street (Wells), with ALMOST same name, as an old sailor, looked like a rent per hour motel (which I thought was correct motel for me), tried to check in. Lady (pleasant) at counter straightened me out (apparently happens often).

The woman behind the counter was very cordial and friendly. Checking in was very easy. I didn't expect a 5 star experience, so when I got to the room it was just what I expected. Clean and satisfactory with 2 double beds and a TV. The water pressure and temp are 5 stars.... The was the best part of the stay to me. The beds are ok, not the softest sheets and the mattresses were a bit hard, but the AC worked great and it was dark, so I had a good night's sleep. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a no frills place near downtown.

Clean and Nice Room were standard and clean Ease to park and staff was friendly

I ask for two pillows and they toll me they were out also the housekeeper trying to open my room twice to clean about 10 am. And I was getting ready to life also no refrigerator and microwave I throw my food away I'm not happy.

The room is what it is the room had an old room stench to it out dated tv low flw showed head door looked like it had been bashed in before beds are on their last thread free breakfast aas absolutely horrid no selection watered down coffee warm milk for cereal. Front desk lady as rude and miserable as she could possibly be and never a thank you not even a have a good day

went to reno alone looking for a cheap hotel. great price great deal, less than 10 min walk to the strip

Room was pretty average stunk like cigarets. Was also in a pretty bad neiborhood.

We only stayed for a night, but was great experience. No problems. Would definitely stay here next time i am in Reno. Thank you

very friendly staff clean room, could use updating wonderful, spotless continental breakfast

Very disappointed with my stay at Days Inn in Reno. Very ghetto area., room smelt like an old conversant hospital. Didn't even stay there the second night.

Went to reno on the 4th of July this hotel is just about 5 min maybe less from the main strip it was clean quite and cheap it was my second time staying there and I'll stay again

Was a bit too far from the center of town but a good location for the other than casino scene. Simple breakfast was adequate. Room was right for the price, TV and air conditioning should be upgraded.

The hotel is definitely dated which is fine for the price but the cleanliness was questionable. There was something sticky on the desk, probably from a spilled drink from previous occupants. The bathroom sink was not wiped down either. There were a ton of spider webs in the upper corner behind the curtains. The ac/heater unit seemed to warm up the room nice, then make it freezing by blowing cold air, not so nice on a cold frigid evening. The bed was too soft and old. The staff was great and helpful. There was some decent coffee in the lobby when I checked out. The location is just down the street from downtown. I came for a concert and all the rooms were either booked or way too espensive for the usual casinos downtown. I would have walked to the show but it was freezing and raining so I took a cab which was cheap, $6.50 plus tip each way for 2 riders. Overall this was a budget location close to downtown that is old and tired with questionable cleanliness. I wouldn't mind staying again because the price was so low, but I'd probably explore similar priced options first like maybe the Motel 6 a block away.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was the basic rolls, juice and coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price for the room made it a good value.

Room was nice. Friendly staff. Long walk must take a cab

The hotel was walking distance from the casino, and the room was clean. I had a good trip. Good for anyone on a budget

This was my worst hotel experience for room, cleanliness and value. I have stay in better hotels for half the price.

I was on the way to Reno but somehow it started snowing and the high way was closed. I called and tried to rebook on the following weekend so that I did not have to stuck on the mountain. The hotel staff was not willing to make any change and stated they did not received any information about the closing of high way. I was stucked on the high way for 5 hours before the high way re-opened . By the time I arrived at the hotel, it was 12:30am. It was a bad experience.

Right off the highway makes this hotel perfect if you do not intend to go into Reno to gamble.

I got in late. I reserved a nonsmoking room but the room reeked of cigarettes. Then I called down to the desk and spoke to the military vet working behind the counter. Which by the way, I know he's a vet because when I pulled out my i.d. for a discount he wanted to make sure I knew he served also. Anyways, I asked if he had a few plastic forks availble at the desk and he replied no. So I'm thinking that makes no sense being that they serve a continental breakfast. So I started to run to a store but I thought this jerk is just really lazy so I walked back to the front and I asked the janitor who walked me right past the vet that said no to get me a fork. I left after the 1st night and spent the rest of my stay at Atlantis Resort.
