Recent guest reviews

Clean, comfortable and affordable establishment. Near outlets, restaurants, the beach and entertainment.

The hotel is in good location to the shopping. The beds are great, we had queen beds. The rooms are quiet.

Great rooms, pool and breakfast. Traveled with 2 young children who had a blast!

Greeted by fans in the Lobby and damp smell. No elevators to second level rooms. inexperienced staff (Josh) took over 30 minutes to check-in after trying to find corporate account for a guest + couldn't help with TV that would not work. Room not good value!

It is good for the price! That being said, obviously your room is not going to be the best looking thing ever, but for the time your in Rehoboth it will do its justice. The wifi was pretty good as well and they do have breakfast in the morning. Just remember when booking, they do allow dogs, which can bark all night long! Other than that our stay was very good!

Some of the previous reviews were hit or miss so we were a little nervous. I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was welcoming and we were able to check in an hour early without fuss. Our room was spacious for a double queen and was quiet. We stayed for two nights and didn't hear any noise from the hall or other rooms and they seemed to be full. The pool was a hit for the kids but that area in general could have been a little nicer. Nothing I'd complain about, just an observation. The complimentary breakfast was very good with many options including homemade waffles, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, bagels, fruit, cold cereals, and more. Another bonus was it was just off of Route 1. You could see it but not hear it and was only a few miles from the beaches and minutes to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We would stay again if ever back in the area.

Comfy room. Great location. Staff very friendly . Great price for location. Wish breakfast would had more hot items and would've vacuumed room better, but not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again .

Hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

From outside it doesn't look so good...but inside is nice...had a good experience their..

OK experience. Pay $209 for a night. Over priced for a basic hotel like this.

I was very impressed with the "new" AmericInn due to the recent renovation. The overall appearance now is very appealing. The gentleman at the front desk at check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable so my stay was very nice. I'll go back in the future because it's in a very convenient location making it so easy to get to the beach, shop and eat.

We booked a two night stay at the Americinn in Rehoboth beach Delaware. Since it was a last minute booking, the prices for the other hotels we looked at were very high. When i saw the reason price and location of the hotel i decided to gove it a try. Going in I was not expecting anything more than just a place to sleep, but was pleasantly surprised at what the americinn had to offer. First the location was great close to all the outlet shopping and short drive to the Avenue and the beach. The staff was very nice and check in and out was swift. The room was clean and the bathroom was a bit tight but big enough, the only recommendation I would make to furture travelers is to bring their own pillow, because the pillow provide in the room was nothing more than a blob. The amenities at the hotel was great, they have indoor pool and a surprisingly well stocked continental breakfast, I loved having the jim bean bacon egg and cheese sandwich in the morning. Overall I would stay at this place again and recommend it to others. For the price and benefits you can't beat it.

My wife, son, and I stayed at this hotel in June 2014 for a birthday/Father's Day weekend trip to the beach. We reserved the jacuzzi king bed suite. It was pretty-much perfect! PROS: Check-in was easy, no problems at all Room was clean Jacuzzi in bedroom was fully-functional and very nice Bed was comfortable Bathroom was adequate and fully-functioning Staff were friendly and professional Hotel was quiet Hotel is a ten-minute drive from the beach and fun attractions Complimentary breakfast was good Free parking in front of hotel (uncovered) CONS: No cribs available! When I called ahead I was told they did not carry cribs. We brought a pack-&-play for our son to sleep in. The front-desk lady was polite about it, though. Coffee was not that great (no big deal, it's free so "you get what you pay for" View from our room was of a backlot (not very pleasant, we closed the curtains) All in all, I recommend staying here. I would return.

Check in was very smooth by polite and seemed to be caring staff. We were very pleased when we got to the room, it was beautiful, very clean, just perfect! I had a chance to go try out the pool and hot tub, very nice! The continental breakfast in the morning is a nice start to the day. All in all we were very pleased with our stay at The Americinn Rehoboth Beach and will surely stay there again.

Was there for the beach but the distance away from the beach was a major drawback on a busy holiday weekend. It may have been ok if not for the holiday weekend but the traffic made it a pain.

Bed was horrible, shower curtain smelled

Staff is very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, nice pool and hot tub!

could have let us check in before 3:00 that would have given us a beach day. The lady was unfriendly and not empathetic to our needs.

Staff very friendly and accomodating. Excellent waffles

Hotel was very clean.
