Nothing bad to say about the ramada. Rooms are clean food at the pub was good. Lots of parking in the underground parkade. The hot tub was HOT!!! Nice!!! The option for smoking rooms for some of our group was good for them. We would stay here again

My husband and I have always enjoyed staying at Ramada Hotels so thought the Ramada Plaza would be the same. Not so. The bathroom was tiny and there was no extra sink outside the bathroom. The room was not up to the cleanliness standards we've come to expect. The bathroom door was covered in dirty fingerprints so clearly not washed in a very long time. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom had something white and chunky dried on it that may have been dried bar soap from someone's hands. The price does not cover the additional $15.00 parking fee to the underground parking that didn't feel safe as their were people just hanging out in there with no security that we could see. Other hotels we considered for that evening were upfront about the charge for parking. The bed was comfortable but for the price, cleaner places can be found.

We have just retuned from a little getaway to Regina to attend a concert. We stayed overnight at the Ramada Plaza in downtown and everything was great! Smooth and efficient check-in, the desk clerk told us all about the hotel...we had a drink in their lobby lounge, excellent service by the bartender and finally very friendly server this morning at breakfast. Food was delicious. We really enjoyed a beer tasting in the lobby last night along with a tasting of an appetizer to accompany it. Hotel is in great shape....Our room was comfortable and newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable! Lovely decor. I would highly recommend the Ramada Plaza and the location can't be beat on the corner of Victoria and Broad.

I stayed at hotel in mid February 2017 to attend a conference. Hotel room was clean and well appointed. Due to events of the conference did not spend much time in room. Conference food and refreshments were very good. Very convenient not to have to leave hotel to attend conference. I would stay here again!!

Would like to comment on the staff at Ramada. They are so pleasant and professional. It makes my stay while on business enjoyable. The rooms are made up very well and the staff at the restaurant do a great job. Thanks

The Ramada is a great hotel .The people working at the front desk will do anything to make your stay better. The restaurant in this hotel have very good food. The lounge is a little fancy for my taste but very nice.

Recently I booked a large block of rooms for staff and guests attending a large event. The staff at the Ramada were fantastic and very helpful with everything. The Ramada is my hotel of choice as it is a full service hotel that meets all of my business needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament! The staff were friendly and had no problems with anything. Would stay here again. Rooms were clean and a nice environment. Great place for a quick getaway. Easy to find if you don't know Regina well.

Hotel and restaurant staff were amazing. They were all very helpful, friendly, and extremely accommodating for our sports team. The kids all enjoyed the pool, and the hotub was actually hot! We will book again with them next soccer tournament:)

We travelled as a group and were put, for the majority, on one of the lower floors. It was one of the floors not yet renovated, but we've been in shoddier, so were okay with that. There was a long list of issues during our first day. A room had no working plumbing. They were moved - to a room that didn't have a working shower (they were moved again). The rest of the issues: a syringe sticking out between the toilet seat and bowl, food from previous stays under the beds in three of the rooms (one room advised staff twice - wasn't cleaned until the 2nd day), cigarette butts in one room, blood on sheets in one room. The staff on 3 of these occurences said "what do you want us to do about it". My favourite, when I was locked out of our room due to a faulty latch, was "we can't do anything about it, maybe we can get someone to look at it tomorrow". Once I pointed out that all my items were in the room and there were two kids with me, they finally agreed to break down the door if they had to. It didn't come to that - a good hip-check worked - but the responses from the staff were rude or dismissing. What was offered as compensation? One night free for one person out of our 13 rooms booked for 3 nights. Lastly - a preauthorized payment was charged to 2 of our credit cards in FULL for the stay. That's not a pre-auth. When questioned they stated it was their policy, yet none of the other rooms had a fully billed pre-auth. We all had a pre-auth, but it did not show up on our credit cards. We will never stay in a Ramada again unless it's the only choice, and we certainly won't stay in the Ramada Plaza Regina ever.
