We booked this property last minute on NYE after the original reservation we had booked months ago did not work out due to a last-minute maintenance issue. Upon arrival, we were told that they had no rooms despite us having an active reservation. Initially, they were very accommodating and trying to figure out how they could accommodate us in a room. They were apologetic and told us that they would compensate the parking and give us an extra room discount due to not having what we booked. We were late for our dinner reservation so they stored our luggage while we went to our reservation. Upon returning, they let us know that they found us a room and everything seemed fine. The rooms are a bit dated but overall clean. There is no scheduled housekeeping, so we had to call for clean towels a few times. Upon check out, our receipt indicated the full price as well as parking. I politely notified the front desk that we were supposed to have complementary parking due to the issue on arrival, and she reported that it was noted by the manager in our account that she was not to give us comped parking so apparently he just said that on check-in but had no intention of following through. It was $60 for 3 nights so not a huge cost; however, dishonesty is a huge turn off. I absolutely would not book this hotel again.

This location is in close proximity to two other hotels. I liked that this one was located at the end and in quiet area.However the parking was a bit challenging as the hotel was fully booked.
Other homewood suites share the monthly social hour menu. No games room like Irvine homewood suites.

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at. Room was spacious and clean. It’s next to two other hotels in their own spot so it’s not in a very busy area.
Good to stay with kitchenette. Nice having free breakfast. Laundry onsite, pool and close by stores and food areas.
We had stayed here before and was impresssed. This trip was a disappointment. Stained couch and linens. Poor communication with housekeeping, despite asking twice, our room was never cleaned. Breakfast was not great.
That advertisement and the actual hotel is totally off. We were extremely disappointed with the place. It was very dirty, short staffed, we had to wait hours for towels. It’s a full kitchen yet there was no paper towel, kitchen towels. Forget about the utensils. Had to ask them to vacuum the room and the hallway. Sad!
This hotel is filthy...we changed rooms but it’s all the same. Not only the couches, Walls and carpets were stained. I found hair and stains on the beds too. The fridge was not cleaned. The hallways were also dirty and seem that they have not been vaccines for months. While management tried to accommodate us with a different room. They were all the same. The hotel itself as a structure is nice but very poorly maintained.

It was ok considering that I found the room 2 hour before we got to the hotel. People that work there very nice and friendly. I feel sad probably short of staff but there were no blankets for the sofa but the hotel next door let us borrow some, that was very nice nice. The room was ok but the sofa bed was so dirty but for few hours sleep and free breakfast and price not so terrible! Staff very nice !!! Breakfast too (hot breakfast)

The outside of the hotel looks nice. The breakfast provided is of good quality. The parking is not free and costs USD18 per night, the maintenance of the hotel is lacking (we didn't have hot water for 2 days and I had to come multiple times to the reception for them to fix it).
