Clean and friendly
Very nice, clean. Beds are extremely firm, wish they told you that upfront, I personally like a soft bed and it’s like sleeping on a board
It was nice And pretty
The beds were great, but the rest was a disaster. From checkin to checkout, crappy shower, $3.00 charge/day (room service fee) to get towels or toilet paper, room kitchen without supplies, marijuana smokers in the parking lot every evening. Just be careful and don’t expect much if you stay here.
Decent place to stay, quiet and clean. Beds are ok, but not great. Strangest thing is, they have a little kitchenette, but NO COFFEE MAKER?!
Bad. The beds are absolutely horrendous. Like a torture rack
comfortable bed, microwave and stove available. value for money
This is a Motel 6 with a little modern lipstick on it... which is an unbelievable price gouge for $200 a night. There was glass shattered in the carpet in the hallways that the cleaning staff passed over for two days while cleaning rooms, the 'gym' must've been somebody's joke, they have the loud crappy individual room heaters that all motels are used to have, the $50 TV that was too small for the room was nailed down, and the walls were so thin I could hear the actual words being spoken next-door and therefore could not sleep with all night – which is far as I remember is the main point of a hotel.
I had a queen studio. The hotel rooms have very thin insulation. I stayed for a week and on the weekend I had a neighbor that when walked felt like an earthquake. Staff is very friendly and try to not book rooms side by side. Room itself is clean but kitchenette is inferior. Has only a 2 burner stove (no oven) - so no pizza! Fridge is noisy - so I turned it off at night. Hotel is 2 years old. Internet is fast (even the free one) ~25 mbps.
This was in a nice quiet wooded area, close to downtown Redmond. The dishes and kitchenware provided were very minimal and not great quality. There was also no scrub brush or dish soap if you wanted to do a few dishes by hand instead of wash them in the dishwasher. I would stay there again, but would keep these things in mind.
There was not much to like about this property. If you just need to crash for a few hours, you could choose this hotel but otherwise I strongly recommend to look for a different hotel.
Rooms were missing towels. It seemed as if they haven’t changed the bedding from a previous client. Shower head was filthy and covered with dirt. Front entrance/ reception area had a very strong odor of chlorine. Will never stay there again.
One of most important reasons I chose this hotel was to get a functional kitchen, unfortunately some basic things like knife, good sized pans were missing, requiring me to buy my own during my stay. Also, the room-service is once every two weeks, which means I didn't get any service during my stay of 10 days. I think Orbitz failed to communicate the room-service policies to me, otherwise i wouldn't have reserved this place. Hotel staff is very good though and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Hi Sabrina. I want to thank you for this review. I am so glad you enjoyed our place. Please come back again, and let us be your home away from home? Have the best day.

The 3.00 per day fee is an optional fee of linen service. Being an extended stay, the guest has the choice to opt out of the fee and provide their own toiletries. I do apologize this was not properly explained to you. All rooms come stocked with 2 of each of the following: plates, bowls mugs, glasses, forks knives , spoon, and forks. A strainer, cutting board, and pots and pans are also provided. They are located in the cabinets. Overall, information is so important and I am sorry that you were not informed. All smoking is to be 25 feet away from the building. I am sorry truly for your stay. I am proud of our property and wish your expierience reflected that. I would love for you to stay again.
