Redgate Sidings is a stunning property located a short drive from the Margaret River townsite, beautiful beaches, outstanding wineries and restaurants. The house is built around a 1910 Western Train Carriage and sits on 16.55 Acres with natural bush and towering Karri trees as a magnificent backdrop. You will instantly fall in love with the beauty and charm of this coastal inspired home as you discover every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to make your stay as comfortable as possible. .

There are 4 bedrooms , sleeping 6. The 3 Queen bedrooms are laid out within the Train Carriage along the west side of the house offering a unique sleeping experience. There are 2 single beds in the mezzanine which overlooks the living area, great for older kids.
The bathroom includes two separate toilets, laundry with washer and dryer .
The kitchen is fully self contained with a Nespresso coffee machine and Margaret River Coffee Co pods, microwave, dishwasher, gas stovetop and oven, rice/slow cooker and plenty of quality cooking tools and utensils if you feel like cooking up a beautiful meal!

The comfortable living area features a TV with Netflix, sound system and large windows overlooking the majestic Karri trees. There is a fireplace to keep you toasty warm in winter with wood supplied and aircon/reverse cycle for the summer months.
There is a large deck and lovely lawn area , a perfect spot to relax under the Karri's or for the kids to run around and explore. There is a BBQ, outdoor setting with umbrella and a Basketball hoop (please bring your own ball)

Tea, coffee, milk and deliciously locally made chocolate is for you to enjoy on your arrival.

Redgate Sidings is professionally cleaned between each stay with fresh white linens and towels provided on all beds.

If booking 7+ nights your welcome to request mid-stay cleaning service - for a refreshing clean + fluff + fresh linens - additional fee will be requested to help cover the cost.

You are surrounded by some of the regions famous wineries, caves, beautiful beaches and walk trails including parts of the Cape to Cape track.
Redgate beach is a 5 minute drive from the property a favourite for family's and local surfers. Another favourite beach close by is Contos , about a 7 minute drive.
