Dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in especially for the money. Bathroom stunk horribly. Dead bugs all over the place, and it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months.

Our stay included a power outage and no complimentary breakfast. That being said, considering the weather I was just glad to have a place to stay the night. I'm sure under normal conditions it's a decent place to stay

Checked in at 7:00pm and it was 103 degrees outside. Pool was closed, no water in it. Had booked the room that day and wasn't told about the lack of water in pool.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was totally great. We weren't pleased with the following: - 3rd floor hallway smelled moldy and gross. The smell was strong and it was very unpleasant having to walk past it 5 or 6 times. Seems like someone spilled something, but management just ignored it. - Our room's sink had a leak that sprayed. - Our room's shower dipped/bowed down when you stepped into it, which made us question the structural integrity and safety of it. Besides that, the room seemed clean and tidy. We had a good night's rest and moved on. We enjoyed out stay at the Baymont in Anderson, CA a little bit more.

Light must be turned on for lamp and radio to work. Why was I put in handicap room? Coffee pot lid brokeen off ((not by me). Otherwise good room.

For 100 bucks not worth it...for what u get motel 6 is better

The hotel is located on a quiet street a bit away from the main street. My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. I suppose it's likely to be busier on the weekends. The staff was pleasant and the free breakfast was better than I expected, with a reasonable amount of choices.

I actually had a very peaceful and comfortable stay, the front desk was very friendly and although the bed was a bit stiff, it was still comfortable and I very much enjoyed my stay.

Room was clean and quite. Staff was nice and helpful. Nothing too fancy but it's a good place to stay in Reddding.

First room, toilet plugged up. Second room, a/c didn't cool room. Although it was 105 degrees outside, we left for dinner and after 2 1/2 hours, it still wasn't cool. Third room wasn't much better, but it was too late to leave and find another hotel. Plus our room was already charged to our credit card. The night person at the desk didn't seem too concerned with our issues, even when we told her about the back door not closing and locking properly (safety issue). The day Person (when we went to check out) was very nice and concerned but couldn't provide a discount due to it was already paid. Overall: find somewhere else to stay.

Typical 2 star hotel. Bedding and towels look new and comfortable. Breakfast is OK, not excellent. Carpet in the room looks old and dark. Sliding window can not be locked. Generally above average in this level, yet the rate is a bit high.

My wife really enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was good. Room was quiet. Non-smoking facility but smelled smoke in the hallways leading to room. Exercise room was poor. Only one of the three pieces worked well and unclear instructions on the treadmill.

Nice quiet location. Clean modern rooms & excellent breakfast.

Need a place to stay when we visit family. Have tried two other places that were either unacceptable in the cleanliness and quiet categories, or just too expensive for . . . Redding! Baymont Inn was just the thing we've been looking for. We'll definitely be back.

Very clean room, good location, very nice indoor pool.

We needed a reasonably priced hotel that met our standards of cleanliness and the Baymont Inn met those needs and more. It was also fairly close to Mercy Medical Center as we were in town for a family medical emergency. We will definitely stay here again if the need were to arise.

This hotel was great for what it was. I stayed one night only and checked in late. Translation: Very little inter-action with the staff. I had a great room, pretty clean, and the amenities were okay. They have an indoor heated pool which, for families is a plus in the winter time. Located next to many restaurants to choose from, also a plus for families.

hotel was clean and staff friendly. Spa was dirty, pool area was clean. I would stay again.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Furnishings were in good condition.

Baymont Inn and Suites is very clean, very friendly, very comfortable, close to shopping, dining and fun. Internet, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, and lounge chair all available in room. Nice parking, good security and quiet rooms. Elevators and stairs available to 2nd and 3rd floors. Nice views from room windows on the upper floors. Only minor complaint is the small exercise room with three pieces of equipment and no cold water available in the continental breakfast area that we could find. Pool and hot tub were nice and pool was not too deep so the kids had a lot of fun! Deepest part was 5-1/2 feet and not too shallow for the adults to swim and have fun too. Definitely will stay there again!
