Me and my family booked our hotel in park hotel. As we got there the staff said,"we don't have any rooms available, we will have to move you to our another branch which was in cranbrook hotel." When we were in Park hotel we had already paid, but when we went to Cranbrook they ,said you have to pay £50 or else you want get your room. We didn't get the key (the cleaner showed our room and opened it but she kept the key). As we entered the room was horrific the bathroom was very smell. When my wife went to ask the staff they said the gutter is only blocked in your bathroom you have to deal with it. In the evening we went back to Park Hotel and complained to the manager but he is so rude. He threatened my family "I will kill you" They were arguing constantly up to 11pm. But finally there was a nice gentleman ,who offered a room. As we were settling in our room the staff who was being rude came up to me with two old men's trying to threaten me.

I had originally been booked into a hotel up the road but due to a flood there earlier in the day I was requested to go to the Park Hotel. On arrival I was greeted very professionally by a man named Malik who helped me get checked in quickly and then escorted me to where I could park my car and then to my room. The room was a basic but was clean. So clean in fact there was a very strong smell of industrial disinfectant. I had a double room to myself and it had a fairly good shower and toilet. The bed was clean and comfortable. The television was good. The main negative thing about this place is the traffic that goes right past. I always take earplugs and if I hadn't I would not have got to sleep. The best thing about this place was the friendly helpful staff. The ladies in the kitchen were very good and so were the people on reception.

Me and my husband we really enjoyed staying at the Park HOtel. The staff was very helpful and nice with us, the lady, i think Beti was her name she showed us 2 differwnt rooms so we can choose the best one. Thank you again. We has room 1 which is very spacious and is facing the park. The location was also very suitable for us as we had to travel by metro which is nearby.

I stayed in Park hotel so many times. Excelland budget hotel and the best hotel in the area. Great recepsion staff,Shafiq,Tarık,Imran,Betty,Runa,.and housekeppers. Feels like from home to home. I always stay in A11...

The hotel is situated near the main road, so it can be quite noisy. The breakfast was fine - I would prefer fresh mushrooms, not from the tin. The service was very good and the room was cleaned properly. In the room there were no hooks for the clothing.

Nice staff, great breakfast. Clean and the daily room cleaning is excellent. Not anything special but brilliant for cheap and comfortable accomadation. Would stay there again, absolutely. Perfect for travel to London city too.

We went to Ilford Park hotel to joint Christmas holidays. We chose budget hotel for value and location, but we were positively surprised by the stuff. They very helpful, proactive and pleasant to talk with everybody. In reception work very helpful lady Runa and hotel manager Shafiq who give information how to get London centre. We spend a time Boxing Day at Westfield shopping centre. They made us couple of nice surprises and made us feel at home. I strongly recommend this place when you want to get great time with family or friends!

Been here less than half an hour and a member of staff walked in. Found a towel on the shower floor. Duvet is between two flat sheets and not only that, the duvet inside is filthy. How much worse can this get?

I have been looking for a "budget" hotel in the London area for a while and have stayed in some that are no better than a slum, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM, I have now stayed here on numerous occasions and I cannot find fault with it. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is very good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the main street and various restaurants and bars. I have recommended this hotel to friends who have now stayed here and were impressed. If anyone can find a better hotel for the price in the London area I would be surprised.

Although there is a need for a refurburb to main areas we had no complaints with the service and the standard of our room, shower etc and considered it good value for money in what is clearly a budget hotel. Noise does travel through rooms but this did not stop us having a good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, buffet style with a good range of 'full english' items, cereal, juice etc.
