Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison située dans un quartier très calme. La plage de Pramousquier se trouve à 10-15 minutes à pied, et celle du Débarquement (notre préférée) à environ 20 minutes. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la région et de la mer.La literie est très confortable (le lit mesure 160 cm de largeur, à prévoir si vous apportez vos draps). Il faut cependant prévoir quelques escaliers, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. La piscine hors-sol est agréable et suffisamment grande, même si l’accès par l’échelle nous a semblé un peu délicat.L’hôte s’est montré disponible et attentive via la messagerie. Elle nous a prévenu par un message d’alerte lorsqu’un orage a éclaté en plein milieu du séjour.En résumé, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour et nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

Hébergement agréable grâce notamment a la présence de la climatisation . Seuls bémols : passage obligatoire par la chambre pour accéder a la salle de bain ce qui n'est pas idéal pour ceux qui doivent dormir dans le séjour . Prévoir a minima 15 mn et non pas 6 pour accéder a la plage et au retour de la plage s'attendre a une cote avec passage a 15% .Hôte sympathique et réactive .

Petite maison bien située, quartier très calme, vue sur les massifs.La voie verte qui nous mène vers une petite crique est top.La maison est bien équipée, la clim nous a bien servi durant les fortes chaleurs, la piscine aussi !Un petite supérette Proxi se trouve en bas de la corniche.Merci à Florence pour son accueil !!!

Très bon sejour au Rayol Canadel

Location très agréable et bien située. Bonnes prestations : confort, dècoration, jolie vaisselle...espace extérieur bien aménagé avec la petite piscine bien appréciable, un plus avec la chaleur du sud. Pas de vis à vis-à-vis, belle vue sur massif des Maures.Proche plages à pied. Environnement calme et résidentiel.

Propriété très agréable (intérieur comme extérieur) avec belle vue sur les collines. Endroit très calme et paisible, plage de pramousquier non loin de la maison et petite superette très agréable accessible à pied. Petite maion joliment décorée et belle terrasse bien aménagée. Le plus, la piscine ! Les enfants étaient plus que ravis ! Très bon contact avec la propriétaire, très sympatique et joignable facilement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Netter Aufenthalt mit unerfreulichem Nachspiel

Hübsch eingerichtetes kleines Häuschen mit schönem Ausblick, in ruhiger Lage und kurzem Weg zu Strand und kleinem Supermarkt. Schränke, Fußböden und Küche hätten sauberer sein können, u.a. befanden sich tote Insekten in der Kaffeemaschine. Vieles erschien provisorisch installiert. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren ein paar Reparaturen notwendig, die die Vermieterin schnell behoben hat; auch die Wäsche wurde zwischenzeitlich ausgetauscht. Der Kontakt war bis dahin angenehm. Nach unserer Rückkehr jedoch wurden wir von der Vermieterin völlig überraschend mit abwegigen und unverschämten Vorwürfen konfrontiert. Der Versuch einer Klärung führte lediglich zu weiteren Anschuldigungen, ihr Ton wurde zunehmend unprofessionell. Während wir für einen Kritikpunkt tatsächlich die Verantwortung übernehmen und dafür selbstverständlich aufkommen werden, sind die weiteren Vorwürfe absurd. So hätten wir verschiedenste Dinge zerstört, entwendet oder vernachlässigt. Eine Stellungnahme zu diesen Punkten würde den Rahmen sprengen. Wir sind eine integere Familie und fassungslos - wir können uns des Eindrucks nicht erwehren, dass die Vermieterin infolge unseres einen Fehltritts die Gelegenheit nutzt, um mittels Verleumdung Mängel des Hauses auf unsere Kosten instandzusetzen. Die Vermieterin hat nun über FeWo-direkt finanzielle Forderungen gestellt; eine Klärung steht noch aus. Dieser nervenaufreibende Konflikt lässt den schönen Urlaub nun leider in den Hintergrund treten.

Séjour agréable en septembre

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines début septembre et la météo était parfaite pour pouvoir profiter pleinement du lieu. L'équipement de la terrasse est complet avec vue sur la colline des maure, une belle exposition ensoleillée en après midi et une petite piscine hors sol est très agréable pour se rafraîchir. L'intérieur est décoré avec caractère et tout l'équipement nécessaire est à disposition. Lit d'appoint pour enfants ou visites sur quelque jours. La climatisation est un plus lors des journées les plus chaudes. La situation est très calme, à distance de la départemental avec la plage de Pramousquier à 10 min à pied. La place de parc fermée enlève tous soucis éventuelles. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, même sans vue sur la mer et en devant faire attention aux marches et escaliers, mais rien de rédhibitoire pour un séjour en couple reposant et de qualité.

Tutto bene

Appartamento ben fornito e arredato. Molto gradevole il resede esterno dove si puo mangiare e trascorrere del tempo in relax. E' dotato di una piccola piscina che non abbiamo utilizzato, preferendo il mare cristallino a pochi passi dalla casa. La location e' ottimale per raggiungere le spiagge piu belle e le principali località turistiche della zona. Soggiorno molto piacevole.

Hôte réactive et disponible. Maison agréable et fonctionnelle (électro ménager, climatisation, vaisselle, linge de maison). Coin calme sur les hauteurs avec vue sympa à 15 minutes à pied de la plage,10 minutes supérette. Piscine hors sol appréciable. Très bon séjour.

Hübsches Häuschen in ruhiger Lage

Es war wundervoll ruhig, entspannt auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge sitzen zu können, der Strand war fußläufig zu erreichen, wie auch ein kleiner Laden für die nötigsten Dinge. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es gibt nur einige Stolperfallen im Haus .
