We spent a wonderful week in this hotel in August 2017. The typical Italian food served at the restaurant is varied and very tasty. We had full board so we enjoyed it a lot. All waiters are very friendly, a special big thank you to the waiter allocated to our table, Pietro, and to the waiter chief, Claudio. The hotel is clean and very well-located, close to the beach and the shops. We also liked the facilities at the private beach linked to the hotel. The only negative element would be the mini-club at the beach, which was supposed to be organized twice a day but was most of the time skipped. In one week, we saw it organized only once (in the afternoon).
I was staying in Cervia for the weekend in October with my boyfriend. There were a lot of things bothering me. Sure, the price was cheap, but we payed for it in other ways. At the check-in, the receptionist was clearly bored out of her mind and dismissed us as soon as possible, did not even bother to offer any assistance on sightseeing or anything. There were two maids chatting in the middle of the hallway, no greetings at all. Shower was nonexistent, as you can see on other traveler photos, just a showerhead placed between the toilet and the bidet-utterly disgusting. So when you showered, whole bathroom was wet from top to bottom. There was dust on shelves in the bedroom and the bathroom was poorly cleaned(hair in the sink). Then in the middle of the night, there was a dog barking at another dog in the next room and no one even cared. Mattres was probably older than I am and very lumpy. Food was the most disappointing thing there(like eating cardboard, the coffe was very bitter, very limited choice for an open buffet). Waiting staff was also uninterested and also rude to one of the customer! At least the head waitress was polite and explained the process in english. I do have to send special thanks for the other receptionist, older light haired lady, who treated us with respect and made my last day of staying at this hotel bearable.
Have stayed here for a third time and it's a nice hotel.Come out the back and you are on the boardwalk and then the beach.Staff are real friendly and ask them anything and they'll help you. This place is walking distance to all the restaurant and shops and the beach is steps away.
We stayed at this hotel when we went to Mirabilandia for two days. It was booked for us by the park and we liked it. The room is well furnished, the beds are a bit bad though (the pillows especially). The view from the balcony was nice, but there was nothing on it (no table/chairs). There are a few electricity outlets in the room, maybe a few too little. There is no mini-fridge (at least in our triple room there wasn't) but there is a TV.
I read quite a lot negative comments and some positive too. Frankly, the hotel is very modest with basic rooms. Ours was very small. Breakfast the same, modest and noting to be thrilled of. Staff nice and friendly, location good and rates very acceptable. Location, very nice, There's an excellent restaurant nextdoor and this was our savior.
After all that i have read about this hotel, want really say nice words about it to protection. All the staff is nice and very friendly. The rooms are not anymore new but clean and great enough. The receptionists were ready to help all the time. The food in the restaurant was also totally OK. I only wonder myself how they can manage all of this by such low prices (we paid for 2+2 with full Pension in 3 days 400 euro.... And remained nice surprised!
We were here for the European Sports Kite Championships. Our room had 3 single beds, 2 of them pushed together, but made up as singles, which was disappointing for a married couple. The batteries in the remote control for the air conditioning were flat. The towels are very thin, but are in generous amounts. The bathroom was very curious: it was a wet room with a fold out shower cubicle (small), which only just fitted in the space between the sink and the bidet. An excellent use of a small space, but it was a very small space. The sheets and blankets were the only soft furnishings in the room, making it very echo-y and it felt like an institution. The 5th floor rooms have no balconies and only skylights: no proper windows at all. The buffet breakfast was plentiful although choice was limited, hot drinks were brought by the waiting staff. The evening meals at the hotel were very efficient and much better than you would expect at a similar quality hotel in the UK, mass catering done well. We didn't drink much inside at the bar, but outside on the patio was lovely. The staff certainly did their best for us and were willing. When we arrived, having missed lunch in our previous city, everywhere we looked was closed, the hotel took pity on us and re-opened the restaurant to serve us some antipasta and offered us some wine free of charge! I'd not choose it, but I've been allocated accommodation in much worse hotels.
I have been in Lungomare hotel the last weekend. It has been a really terrible experience. The room was small, the bathroom too small, old-fascioned. It is impossible for you to take a shower because there isn't the space. You pay too much in comparison with what they give to you. The position in the town is good because it is close to the town and to the beach, but that part of the beach is terrible. It is close to the port and the sea is full of sea-green and is impossible for you to go inside. The staff is not polite and the atmosphere is not familiar. You mustn't go there!!!!!!!
Prenotazione da sabato 31 marzo a lunedì 1 aprile, in pensione completa! Siamo arrivati sabato 31 marzo all’ora di pranzo. Pranzo: tutti piatti freddi.
